This time, we will create a flow where [a notification is sent to the board when a task is registered in Airtable]. By using this template, a notification will automatically be sent to the board every time a task is registered in Airtable. This allows the person in charge to immediately confirm the occurrence of a new task without opening Airtable.

It's easy to set up with just 4 steps.

1. Register Airtable and board as My Apps
2. Set up a trigger to activate when a record is registered in Airtable
3. Set up to register the order destination in board
4. Test and verify

Step 1: Integrate Airtable and board with My Apps

1. Log in to your Yoom account.

If you don't have an account, please create one on the Yoom account creation page.

Click "My Apps" and select "New Connection".

2. Click on New Connection.

3. You can search by app name from the red frame. This time, please search and register Airtable and board respectively.
Once registration is complete, the icons for Airtable and board will appear in My Apps. Please confirm.

Select a Template and Prepare the Storage Location

Click "Try it" from the link below. 

If the following display appears, the template copy was successful.

Step 2: Trigger settings to activate when a record is registered in Airtable

1. First, click on "When a record is registered" at the top.

2. You can set the title freely.
Enter the account information to connect with Airtable.
Select "When a record is registered" as the trigger.
Once the input is complete, click "Next".

3. Set the required items.
You can choose the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan, so please check.
After setting, perform a test and save if there are no issues.

Step 3: Setting to register the order destination in board

1. Return to the flow.
Next, click on the "Register order destination" icon.

2. Enter the account information to connect with board.
Select "Register order destination" as the execution action.
Once the settings are complete, click "Next".

3. Perform the API connection settings.
When you click on each item, the output obtained earlier will be displayed. Please quote as appropriate.
After setting, perform a test and save if there are no issues.

4. Next, click on the "Update record" icon.

5. Select "Update record" as the trigger.
Once the input is complete, click "Next".

6. Set the base ID, table ID or name, and record ID.

7. Set the field information.
Field information is required, so be sure to enter it.
After setting, perform a test and save if there are no issues.

8. With this, the flow of [Add to board when an order destination is registered in Airtable] is complete.

Step 4: Test and Confirmation

Once the setup is complete, the following screen will be displayed.
Click the "Turn on trigger" button to activate the flow bot.
