To efficiently manage employee data, integrating Airtable with AKASHI can be beneficial. This time, we will introduce how to integrate Airtable with AKASHI to automatically update employee data. This will help reduce the burden on HR personnel and enable accurate data management. We will clearly explain the benefits of implementing this automation and how to set it up.
Benefits of Integrating Airtable with AKASHI
Benefit 1: Reducing the Burden on HR Personnel
When there are regular updates to employee data, the burden on HR personnel may also increase. In such cases, it is convenient to integrate Airtable with AKASHI and utilize automation that reflects updates made in Airtable to AKASHI. For example, if you update an email address or phone number in Airtable, it will also be updated in AKASHI, preventing double updates or omissions. As a result, HR personnel will no longer need to manually update, reducing their burden. The time saved through this automation can be allocated to tasks such as talent development or recruitment. This automation is expected to lead to faster work and improved operational efficiency.
Benefit 2: Accurately Updating Employee Data
By automatically updating employee data, you can always keep the data accurate and prevent update errors. For example, if you change an employee number when the employment status changes, failing to update it could increase the risk of affecting attendance and other areas. In traditional manual updates, such errors and data inconsistencies are more likely to occur, making the introduction of automation effective. Furthermore, with increased data accuracy, the effort to check for errors in update content can also be reduced. This automation is recommended for companies that frequently update employee information.
How to Create an Airtable and AKASHI Integration Flow
This time, we will introduce how to set up the following template: "When employee information is updated in Airtable, update the information in AKASHI as well." By using this template, there is no need to set up automation from scratch, making it convenient.
You can set it up in the following 4 steps.
Register Airtable and AKASHI as My Apps
Open the template
Set triggers and actions
Verify the automation of Airtable and AKASHI
If you are not using Yoom, please register for free here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in.
[What is Yoom]
Step 1: Register Airtable and AKASHI as My Apps
Please register Airtable and AKASHI as My Apps to connect them to Yoom. Registering as My Apps in advance allows for smooth automation settings.
Let's register Airtable as My App. For the method of registering as My App, please check here.
Next, let's register AKASHI as My App. Similarly, please refer to the help page and register.
If Airtable and AKASHI are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.
Step 2: Open the Template
To set up automation, please click "Try it" on the banner below.
Read the following screen display and click "OK".

Once you click "Turn ON Trigger", the automation setup is complete. Check if the flowbot is activated.
Other Examples of Automation Using Airtable and AKASHI
1. This flow automatically registers in AKASHI when employee information is registered in Airtable. This is convenient for new registrations as it automatically reflects in AKASHI when employee data is registered in Airtable. By registering in Airtable, you can save the trouble of entering the same data again.
2. This is a flow for automatically registering events in Google Calendar using information registered in Airtable. By automating event registration, the risk of registering incorrect event information is prevented. Manual registration work is reduced, thereby decreasing the workload for the person in charge.
3. This is a flow that automatically notifies Chatwork when a new record is registered in Airtable. This automation is recommended for those who want to quickly check the data registered in the record. When collaborating, data can often become complicated regarding what has been registered, but this automation helps prevent that.
Summary
The automatic updating of employee data through the integration of Airtable and AKASHI can help streamline employee information management. This automation may reduce the burden on HR personnel and improve data accuracy. If you want to reduce the effort of updating employee data, try this automation.

I've been working as a writer since my job in child welfare, and I'm currently writing a blog on Yoom.
While being surprised by the work efficiency improvements that can be made with Yoom, I would like to share that excitement with everyone and contribute to society.
I'll tell you about application integration and automation that even I, who has zero programming knowledge, can do.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
