How to Create an Integration Flow between Airtable and Toyokumo Safety Confirmation Service 2

Step 1: Integrate Airtable and Toyokumo Safety Confirmation Service 2 with My Apps

Integration between Airtable and Yoom

1. Prepare Airtable
Prepare the Airtable you will use at this stage. Since employee data will be used for testing, please enter it temporarily.
In this case, it was created as follows.

・Login Name
・Password
・Created Time

<span class="mark-yellow">Login Name and Password</span>
will be used in Toyokumo Safety Confirmation Service 2. Please decide in advance.

<span class="mark-yellow">Created Time</span>
is created to detect records created in Airtable with Yoom.
It can be set from adding fields.

It is labeled as Created Time or Creation Time.


Set it as shown in the image and insert it into the field.

2. Search
Once Airtable is ready, enter Airtable in the search box and click on the Airtable icon.

3. Sign In

The Airtable sign-in screen will be displayed. Sign in with the account you want to integrate with Cloud Sign.

4. Add Base

After signing in, you will transition to the above screen.

Click "Add Base" in the red frame and select the base where you want to add Cloud Sign data.

5. Allow Access

Once the base is added, press "Allow Access".

Return to the Yoom screen, and if the above display appears, the integration is complete.

Next, copy the template to My Projects and create a flow bot.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the flow bot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the page you moved to
3. Register with Yoom
※ If you have already completed registration, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

Step 2: Setting to Retrieve Employee Information from Airtable

1. Open My Project


Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
Click on "Register employee information registered in Airtable to Toyokumo Safety Confirmation Service 2".

3. Select App Trigger
Select "When a record is registered" from the Airtable icon.
Press Next.

4. Set Trigger Activation Interval

Set the activation interval from the pull-down. You can select trigger activation intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

5. Enter ID

Follow the supplement at the bottom of the box and copy & paste from the Airtable URL.

6. Execute Test
Return to Yoom and press the test button.
Once "Test Successful" is displayed, the trigger setting is complete. Please save.

7. Enter the Field Name for Created Time

Created Time is the field you prepared in Airtable earlier.
By setting this, schedule data will be sent to Google Calendar, so be sure to set it.

8. Execute Test
Press the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, proceed to retrieve data from Airtable.

9. Add Values to Retrieve

Retrieve data from Airtable. Select the red frame.

Airtable data will be displayed as shown in the image. Select the data you want to reflect in Toyokumo Safety Confirmation Service 2 from Output.
You can retrieve it by pressing the "+" mark.

Once retrieved, it will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
<span class="mark-yellow">For use in the next setting, be sure to retrieve the name, login name, and password.</span>
Once retrieval is complete, press the add button at the bottom right.

10. Save
This completes the Airtable settings. Please press save.

Step 3: Setting to Register with Toyokumo Safety Confirmation Service 2

1. Link with App
Select "Add User" from the Airtable icon.
Press Next.

Enter the three required fields. Click the box.


Select the Airtable icon.


The data added from the output earlier will be listed.
Click to add data that links with the box.

4. Execute Test
Once set, press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setting is complete. Please press save.

5. Turn ON the Trigger

Once the flow bot creation is complete, it will be displayed as shown above.
The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
