Integration of Airtable and HRMOS with My Apps
After copying the template, register Airtable and HRMOS in Yoom's My Apps as a preliminary step.
※ If you have already registered, please proceed to "Step 1. Set Up App Trigger".
<Procedure>
1. After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" → "+ New Connection"

2. Search for Airtable and HRMOS in the search window and enter the necessary information for registration

If Airtable and HRMOS are displayed in the My Apps list, preparation is complete!
Let's proceed to the detailed settings!
Step 1. Set Up App Trigger
First, click the app trigger "When a record is registered".

On the first page, the pre-linked Airtable account information will be displayed, so check it and if there are no issues, click "Next".

On the next page, set up the API connection.
Enter "Base ID", "Table ID", and "Field Name of Created Time", and click "Test".
※ Note that the "Trigger Activation Interval" varies depending on your subscription plan, so please be careful. For details,see here.

If the "Test" is successful, the Airtable items will be reflected in the output field.
From the "+ Add Value to Retrieve" button, add the necessary information as appropriate.
For detailed instructions, refer to "How to Add Retrieved Values: Output".

It is recommended to add items such as address and employee number as shown below.

If there are no issues up to this point, the trigger setup is complete by clicking "Save".
Step 2. Register Employees
Next, click "Register Employees".

On the first page, as in Step 1, account information will be displayed, so if there are no issues, click "Next".
On the second page, set up the registration for employees.
"Last Name", "First Name", and "Date of Joining" are mandatory fields, so use the information output from Airtable to fill them in as shown in the image below.

If you want to use Airtable values here to also fill in optional fields such as "Address" or "Employee Code", you need to retrieve the values in advance in Step 1.

Once everything is entered, click "Test" → "Save" to proceed to the next step.
Step 3. Update Records
Now, click the final step "Update Records".

On the first page, account information will be displayed, so confirm it and proceed to the next page.
On the second page, set up the update for records.
"Base ID", "Table ID or Name", "Record ID", and "Field Information" are mandatory fields, so be sure to enter them.
Use the output information for the values of "Record ID" and "Field Information".


Click "Test" and if no errors occur, click "Save".
If a popup like the one below appears, all settings are complete.
When you turn on the trigger, the flow will execute.

Other Automation Examples Using HRMOS
Yoom offers numerous automation examples using HRMOS.
It is possible to integrate with various apps, so please refer to the following representative examples.
1. When a new employee is registered in SmartHR, also register in HRMOS
In this case, information was automatically added from Airtable to HRMOS, but this integration automatically reflects information from SmartHR to HRMOS.
It is recommended for those managing employee information in SmartHR instead of Airtable.
