Before Getting Started

The integration flow is broadly divided into the following processes.

・Register Airtable and Meta Conversion API as My Apps
・Set up when a record is registered in Airtable
・Hash text in collaboration with 0CodeKit
・Send conversion events in collaboration with Meta Conversion API

Now, let's get started together!

Step 1: Integrate Airtable and Meta Conversion API as My Apps

(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ New Connection".

(2) Click on Airtable from the list of new connections in My Apps.
(3) Log in with your account from the Airtable sign-in screen.

(4) Next, integrate with 0CodeKit. 0CodeKit is used to hash text. Similarly, click on 0CodeKit from the list of new connections in Yoom.
Move to the 0CodeKit screen, check the API key in your account, and click the copy mark on the right.


Return to the Yoom screen and enter the account name and access token.
Once the input is complete, click "Add".

(5) Next, integrate with the Meta Conversion API. Similarly, click on Meta Conversion API from the list of new connections in Yoom.
(6) From the "New Registration for Meta Conversion API (Facebook)" screen, enter the account name and access token, and click "Add".

How to Integrate My Apps with Meta Conversion API (Facebook)

Once the integration is complete, Airtable and Meta Conversion API will be registered in Yoom's My Apps.

This completes the My App registration.
Next, let's set up triggers using templates!

Step 2: Setting Up When a Record is Registered in Airtable

(1) We will use the template introduced earlier. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy it.

Click on "When a record is registered" in the app trigger.

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in Airtable, check for any errors in the account information linked with Airtable (OAuth), keep the trigger action as "When a record is registered," and click "Next."

(3) From the "API Connection Settings for App Trigger" screen, select the trigger activation interval.
Select the trigger activation interval from the dropdown menu with options of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
※ Please note that the shortest trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan.

Scroll down, check the red line, and enter the Base ID, Table ID, and field name for Created Time.

Once the input is complete, click "Test," and if no error occurs, click "Save" at the bottom.

Step 3: Integrate with 0CodeKit to Hash Text

(1) Next, integrate with 0CodeKit to hash text.
Click on "Hash Text."

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in 0CodeKit, check for any errors in the account information linked with 0CodeKit, keep the action as "Hash Text," and click "Next."

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, select the type of hash algorithm from the options.
Enter the string to be hashed in the message.
By selecting from the output as shown in the image, you can reference information from Airtable.

Once the input is complete, click "Test" at the bottom, and if no error occurs, click "Save."

Step 4: Integrate with Meta Conversion API to Send Conversion Events

(1) Next, integrate with the Meta Conversion API to send conversion events.
Click on "Send Conversion Event."

(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in the Meta Conversion API, check for any errors in the account information linked with the Meta Conversion API (Facebook), keep the action as "Send Conversion Event," and click "Next."

(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, enter the Pixel ID and event name.
・Pixel ID: Obtain from the data source of the Meta Conversion API and enter directly
・Event Name: Enter directly

Scroll down and enter the event occurrence time and action source.
・Event Occurrence Time: Select from output
・Action Source: Select from dropdown

Other fields are not mandatory. Please enter information in the necessary fields.
Once the input is complete, click "Test" at the bottom, and if no error occurs, click "Save."
(4) Finally, click "Turn on Trigger."
