Register Airtable and Money Forward Deferred Payment as My Apps connected to Yoom.

The following screen will be displayed, so please check the explanation of "Account Name" and "Access Token" and register.

Once both My App registrations are complete, Airtable and Money Forward Deferred Payment will be displayed in My Apps.

Step 2: Set a trigger to activate when a record is registered in Airtable

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

When the following screen is displayed, check the "Title" and "Description".
If changes are needed, you can make them on the following page.
To set up Airtable initially, click "When a record is registered".

The following screen will be displayed, so check the settings.

  • "Title" → Set optionally
  • "Account information linked with Airtable (OAuth)" → Check for discrepancies in the account
  • "Trigger Action" → When a record is registered

When the following screen is displayed, check the setup method.
Here you can check how to obtain field information.

The following screen will be displayed, so let's configure the settings.

  • "Trigger interval" → Choose from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes
    ※ Note that the trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
  • "Base ID", "Table ID", "Field name of Created Time" → Check the description and set

Once the settings are complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 3: Set up the action to register a transaction with Money Forward Kakebarai

Next, to set up Money Forward Kakebarai, click "Register Transaction".
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Set optionally
  • "Account information linked with Money Forward Kakebarai" → Check for discrepancies in the account
  • "Action" → Register Transaction

The following screen will be displayed, so check the precautions.

Scroll and use the output of "When a record is registered" to set the required fields.
Click the arrow in the red frame to use the output.
"Transaction Date", "Payment Due Date", "Invoice Issuance Date" should be set in the format "2024-10-22".
Once the other required fields are set, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Set up the action to update a record in Airtable

Next, to set up updating a record in Airtable, click "Update Record".
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Set optionally
  • "Account information linked with Airtable (OAuth)" → Check for discrepancies in the account
  • "Action" → Update Record

The following screen will be displayed, so check the precautions.

When the following screen is displayed, configure the settings.

  • "Base ID", "Table ID or Name" → Check the description and set
  • "Record ID" → Set from the output of "When a record is registered"

Scroll and configure the "Field Information".

  • "Field Name" → Transaction ID
  • "Value" → Set using the output from Money Forward Kakebarai

Step 5: Verify the automation between Airtable and Money Forward Kakebarai

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation setup.
Check if the flowbot is operating correctly.
