a.ohta

When meeting with clients, if you are manually registering schedules in Google Calendar based on Airtable data and creating and sending emails via Outlook, it is recommended to introduce automation using a Chrome extension. By automating, these actions can be executed from Airtable with just a click, significantly simplifying your workflow. Since automation can potentially improve your workflow, it is highly recommended for those who wish to work more efficiently. Recommended for: - Companies storing customer data in Airtable - Departments managing team schedules with Google Calendar - Individuals communicating with clients via Outlook - Those who wish to automate both the sending of template emails to clients and the registration of schedules in Google Calendar Benefits and Examples of Integrating Airtable, Google Calendar, and Outlook Benefit 1: Improved Efficiency This integration utilizes a Chrome extension. Therefore, information such as company names, email addresses, and meeting dates managed in a database is automatically retrieved, and based on this data, emails are sent from Outlook and schedules are registered in Google Calendar. This is expected to reduce working time and improve efficiency. For example, if the previous workflow involved accessing Airtable to check data, creating and sending an email in Outlook based on that information, and then registering the schedule in Google Calendar, it would require considerable effort. By automating these flows, all processes can be automated, reducing working time and improving efficiency. Benefit 2: Reduction of Human Errors Data from Airtable is automatically retrieved and used for creating schedules in Google Calendar and emails in Outlook. This may minimize the occurrence of transcription errors. For example, when manually creating schedules in Google Calendar based on Airtable data, there is a possibility that correct information may not be reflected due to typing errors. By introducing this automation, the data managed in Airtable is automatically used as is, potentially reducing errors caused by human mistakes during data transcription. Benefit 3: Prevention of Sharing Omissions By performing this integration, the sharing of meeting dates with clients is likely to be smoother. For example, have you ever completed sending an email to a client from Outlook but forgotten to register the schedule in Google Calendar? This could result in the correct date not being registered, leading to forgotten appointments. To avoid inconveniencing the other party, this app integration could be beneficial. Additionally, since the sending of emails and creation of schedules can be completed with just a click, it is expected to facilitate smart schedule management. After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!
