Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily accomplished without programming knowledge.
The steps to complete the flow are as follows.
Integrate Airtable and LINE Official Account with My Apps
Copy the template
Set triggers in Airtable and configure the LINE Official Account
Turn the trigger ON
If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in.
・Connect Airtable and LINE Official Account to My Apps
(1) First, connect Airtable to My Apps. After logging into your Yoom account, click on "My Apps" in the left column and search for Airtable from "New Connection".
(2) The Airtable app icon will appear, click on it, then select the relevant workspace from "Add Space" and click "Allow Access".
Now Airtable is connected.
(3) Next, let's connect the LINE Official Account. Search for the LINE Official Account app icon and click on it, just like before.
(4) Enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token" of the LINE Official Account you want to connect, and click [Add]. For more information on how to add a LINE Official Account to My Apps, please check this article.
After clicking, you will be taken to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account with the two apps added. Now the two apps are connected to your Yoom account.
・Copy the Template
After confirming that the new connection of the target app is complete in your Yoom account, click on the icon for "Try this Template" in the template below.
The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button.
Move to the "My Projects" screen of your Yoom account and check the template content.
There are two setup flows.
This time, we have created the following record information on Airtable, and we will set up the flow bot based on this information. (The input content is a dummy.)
・Check the Chrome Extension Trigger
(1) First, check the Chrome extension that will be the trigger.
From the "My Projects" on the left side of the Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Send a message from Airtable to the official LINE account".
After clicking, the template content will be displayed as shown in the screen below.
(2) Click "Launch from Record Detail Page" on the Chrome extension icon, which is the first action.
(3) The red part in the image above says "Install the Chrome extension from here". To use the Chrome extension trigger, please check this page. If you have not installed the Chrome extension, please install it from here.
(4) After completing the Chrome extension settings, enter the account information to be linked with Airtable and click [Next].
(5) On the next page, enter information in the fields such as "Base ID" and "Table ID" according to the annotations.
(6) After entering the information, press [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save]. In this step, you can obtain information as output as shown below, but if you want to increase the output you want to obtain, it is recommended to obtain it with 'JsonPath'. The output information can be quoted and utilized in the subsequent steps, as noted in the annotation "This value can be used in other operations."

・Setting the Official LINE Account
(1) Finally, click the second action "Send Text Message".
(2) Enter the account information to be linked and click [Next].
(3) On the next page, enter information in the "Recipient User ID". Click the input bar to quote the output obtained from the previous step. (The image below quotes the [User ID] obtained in the previous step.)
(4) In "Message", enter the content of the message to be sent. After entering the information, click [Test] and if there are no issues, click [Save]. This completes the setup.

By clicking the red frame part "Turn ON Trigger" on the screen below, the flow bot will start automatically.
