Step 2: Copy the Template

Next, copy the template you will use to My Projects in Yoom.
Click on the banner below.

Click to switch to the Yoom template site.
Click "Try this template" on that screen.

Then move to the Yoom workspace and click "OK" when it shows that the copy is complete.

Step 3: Set Airtable Trigger

Next, configure the Flowbot.
Click "When a record is registered" on the template you just copied.

Check the account information linked with Airtable.
Select "When a record is registered" as the trigger action.
Once set, click "Next".

Enter the Base ID, Table ID, and the field name for Created Time.
After entering, run the test.

For the email address, select the email address from the output obtained from Airtable.
For the topic, either enter a desired title or select an item like "Meeting Name" from the Airtable output.

For the date, start time, and meeting duration, select from the Airtable output as shown in the attached image.
Once entered, click "Test".

If the test is successful and you can get the output from Zoom, save it.

Step 5: Email Settings

This is the final step!
Click "Send Email" to proceed with the settings.

Select "To" from the Airtable output.
For the subject, either select "Meeting Name" from the Airtable output or enter it.

2. Email Content

Review the email content, run the test, and if the email is sent successfully, save it.
