Step 2: Setting Up When a Record is Updated in Airtable
(1) We will use the template introduced earlier. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy it.
Click on "When a record is updated" in the app trigger.
(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in Airtable, check that there are no errors in the account information integrated with Airtable (OAuth), keep the trigger action as "When a record is updated," and click "Next."
(3) From the "App Trigger API Connection Settings" screen, select the trigger activation interval. Select the trigger activation interval from the dropdown: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. ※ Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
Scroll down, check the red frame, and enter the Base ID, Table ID, and field name for Last Modified Time. For information on how to retrieve field information for records, please refer to the following site.
Once the input is complete, click "Test," and if no errors occur, click "Save" at the bottom.
Step 3: Set Branch Conditions
(1) Next, set the branch conditions. Click on "Command Operation."
(2) From the "Specify Branch Conditions" screen, enter the operation, output, and branch conditions. ・Operation: Select from the dropdown ・Output: Select from the dropdown ・Branch Condition: Enter directly or select from output You can add more branch conditions by clicking the red frame "+Add Branch Condition." (Up to 5) ※ Branching is a feature available with the Mini Plan or higher (operation). During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
Once the input is complete, click "Save" at the bottom.
Step 4: Register Transactions by Integrating with freee Accounting
(1) Next, register completed transactions by integrating with freee Accounting. Click on "Register Completed Transactions."
(2) From the "Select Integration Account and Action" screen in freee Accounting, check that there are no errors in the account information integrated with freee Accounting, keep the action as "Register Completed Transactions," and click "Next."
(3) From the "API Connection Settings" screen, enter the required fields. ・Business ID: Select from candidates ・Occurrence Date: Enter directly or select from output ・Client Type: Select from the dropdown ・Client ID: Select from candidates ・Tax Code: Select from candidates ・Account ID: Select from candidates ・Transaction Amount: Select from output ・Payment Amount: Select from output ・Account ID: Select from candidates ・Account Type: Select from the dropdown ・Payment Date: Enter directly or select from output
Other fields are not required. Please enter the necessary fields. Once the input is complete, click "Test," and if no errors occur, click "Save" at the bottom.
