How to Create an Integration Flow between Airtable and KING OF TIME

・Set triggers in Airtable and configure various operations in KING OF TIME and Airtable that follow
・Turn on the trigger and confirm the actual activation

Now, let's establish a new connection between the two apps to be integrated.

Step 1: Integrate Airtable and KING OF TIME with My Apps

(1) First, connect Airtable to My Apps.
After logging into your Yoom account, click "My Apps" on the left column and search for Airtable from "New Connection".

(2) The Airtable app icon will appear, so click it, select the relevant workspace from "Add Space", and click "Allow Access".

This completes the connection to Airtable.

(3) Next, let's connect KING OF TIME.
Search for and click the KING OF TIME app icon in the same way as before.

Follow the displayed instructions to enter "Account Name" and "Access Token", then click [Add].
If the settings are successful, you will be redirected to the My Apps screen of your Yoom account.

Now the two apps are connected to your Yoom account.

After confirming that the new connection of the target app to the Yoom account is complete, click the icon for "Try this Template" in the template below.

Click the "OK" button to copy the template.
You'll be taken to the "My Projects" screen in your Yoom account, so please check the template content.

There are three setup flows.

Step 2: Set up Airtable Trigger

(1) First, set up the Airtable app trigger.

From the My Projects on the left side of the Yoom account screen, click "【Copy】Add to KING OF TIME when employee information is registered in Airtable".

You'll be taken to a screen like the one above, so let's start setting up the flow bot.

(2) First, click on the trigger "When a record is registered".

(3) On this screen, enter the information for the Airtable account you want to link and click [Next].
Keep the trigger action as "When a record is registered".

(4) On the next screen, set the "Trigger Activation Interval" to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
*Note that the trigger activation interval varies depending on the plan.

(5) Check the annotations for "Base ID", "Table ID", and "Field Name for Created Time" and set them up.
Click [Test], and if there are no issues, click [Save].

Step 3: Set up KING OF TIME

(1) Next, set up to add information to KING OF TIME.
Click the second action, "Register Employee".

Enter the account information for the KING OF TIME you want to link and click [Next].

(2) On the next screen, set up to obtain employee information such as "Affiliation Code" and "Gender".
Click the input bar to reference the output obtained in the previous step, as shown in the image below.

(3) Once the input is complete, click [Test] and [Save].
In this step, you will obtain the 【Registered Employee Identification Key】 from the KING OF TIME side as output.
The obtained output can be referenced in subsequent actions.

Step 4: Set up Airtable

(1) Finally, set up to update the record information on the Airtable side.
Click the third action, "Update Record".

Ensure that the account information is entered and click [Next].

(2) On the next screen, enter "Base ID", "Table ID or Name", and "Record ID" with reference to the annotations.

(3) Additionally, enter any information in "Field Information" and "Value".
As an example, we are referencing the output 【Registered Employee Identification Key】 obtained in the KING OF TIME step.

(4) Once the input is complete, click [Test] and then [Save].

Step 5: Turn on the Trigger

A message will appear indicating that all settings are complete, so click "Turn on Trigger".

This completes the setup of the flow bot.
