When managing attendance, there is a possibility of missed clock-ins as each employee manually records their time. Missed clock-ins can lead to payroll calculation errors and issues during salary payments, so it's important to streamline the process of checking for missed clock-ins. In this article, we introduce a method to integrate AKASHI with Chatwork to automatically notify Chatwork of any missed clock-ins detected in AKASHI from the previous day. Let's use Yoom to automate tasks easily without programming!
Recommended for
・Those who have already implemented AKASHI and Chatwork and want to improve operations using notifications. ・HR personnel who are affected by missed clock-ins in payroll operations and want to resolve it through automation. ・Managers who want to enhance employees' self-management awareness regarding missed clock-ins. ・Those who feel challenged by the efficiency of attendance management in a remote work environment.
Benefits and Examples of Integrating AKASHI and Chatwork
Benefit 1: Early Detection of Missed Clock-ins
Missed clock-ins can potentially cause issues during payroll calculations. By integrating AKASHI with Chatwork, you can automatically detect missed clock-ins from the previous day in AKASHI and notify Chatwork, allowing you to check for missed clock-ins before payroll calculations. This can significantly reduce the burden on HR personnel who manually check and request corrections for missed clock-ins each month. As a result, it is expected to reduce the risk of calculation errors and achieve accurate salary payments.
By integrating AKASHI with Chatwork, you can regularly notify employees and managers of missed clock-ins in AKASHI, encouraging prompt responses. This can lead employees to become more aware of their attendance management, fostering a sense of responsibility towards it. Especially, the earlier the notification timing, the easier it is for employees to address issues appropriately, making it likely to smoothly correct missed clock-ins. For example, members who frequently work outside may often forget to clock out, but as they correct their attendance promptly after notifications, their self-management awareness is expected to improve, reducing missed clock-ins.
Benefit 3: Strengthening Attendance Management in Remote Work Environments
With the increase in remote work styles in recent years, it is a challenging task to confirm whether employees are clocking in accurately. By integrating AKASHI with Chatwork, you can automatically grasp missed clock-ins even in remote environments and deliver regular notifications to Chatwork when action is needed. This allows for quick responses to attendance issues of employees working outside the office, potentially improving the efficiency of attendance management in remote locations.
