1. Register BASE and Chatwork as My Apps
2. Set a trigger to activate when order information is created or updated in BASE
3. Set an action to add a record in Chatwork
4. Test and verify

Step 1: Integrating BASE and Chatwork as My Apps

1. Log in to your Yoom account.

If you do not have an account, please create one on the Yoom Account Issuance Page.

Click "My Apps" and select "New Connection".

2. Click "New Connection".

3. You can search by app name from the red frame. This time, search for and register BASE and Chatwork respectively. Once registration is complete, the icons for BASE and Chatwork will appear in My Apps. Please confirm.

Selecting a Template and Preparing a Storage Location

This time, we will create a flow called [Notify Chatwork when an order occurs in BASE]. With this flow, when an order occurs in BASE, a notification will automatically be sent to Chatwork, saving the trouble of manually checking.

Step 2: Set a trigger to activate when an order occurs in BASE

1. Set up by clicking in order.
Click on "When an order occurs" at the top.

2. You can set the title freely.
Enter the account information to link with BASE.
Select "When an order occurs" for the trigger action, and click "Next" after entering.

3. Set the trigger activation interval.
You can select an activation interval of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Once the setup is complete, perform a test, and if there are no issues, save it.

Step 3: Set an action to send a message in Chatwork

1. Return to the flow and click the "Send Message" icon.

2. Enter the account information to link with Chatwork.
Select "Send Message" for the execution action.
After setting up, click "Next".

3. Enter the room ID and message content.

Once the input is complete, perform a test, and if there are no issues, save it.

Step 4: Test and Confirm

Click the "Turn on Trigger" button to activate the flow bot.
