Step 1: Connect BASE and Discord with My Apps

Before moving on to detailed settings, let's connect the apps we will use this time with Yoom.
After logging into Yoom, click "+ New Connection" from "My Apps" in the left menu.

When the "New Connection for My Apps" window appears, search for BASE and Discord, and proceed with the input according to the displayed content.
For Discord My Apps connection, please use Discord(v2). You will need to enter an access token, so proceed while checking the link below.

How to Connect Discord Bot with My Apps

Once the connection settings are complete, it will be displayed along with the icon in the My Apps list.

Once you have confirmed BASE, the My Apps connection settings are complete.
Next, let's proceed with the detailed settings of the flow!

Step 2: Set Up App Trigger in BASE

Please click on the first flow "When an order is placed".
The first page displays the BASE account information that has been linked with My App.

The title is editable, so if you are running multiple flows, change it to something easy to understand.
The trigger action cannot be changed. After confirming the account information, proceed to the next step.

On the next page, set the trigger activation interval.

Automatically check BASE orders at the specified intervals.
Please note that the trigger activation interval may not be selectable depending on the plan.

After setting the activation interval, enter temporary order information in BASE and click "Test" to obtain the output.

If successful, the information entered during the test will be displayed next to the output in the image above.
Once confirmed, click "Save" to complete the BASE settings.

Step 3: Set Message Details in Discord

Next, click "Send Message".

You can send messages from the Discord Bot and receive notifications in specified DMs or channels.
On the first page, similar to BASE, account information and other details are displayed.
If necessary, modify the title, confirm the account information, and click "Next".

On the next page, set the Discord channel ID and message content details for notifications.

For the channel ID, refer to the URL in the browser or the official website for the app.

Utilize the output obtained from the BASE settings for the message content.
After setting the channel ID and message content, test to see if the message is delivered to the specified channel.
If the message is delivered, click "Save" to complete the Discord settings. Finally, turn on the trigger to complete all settings.

Now, when an order is placed in BASE, a message with the specified content will be delivered to Discord.
