Step 1: Connect B-Cart and Airtable to My App

First, connect B-Cart and Google Sheets to My App.
After logging into Yoom, click on "My App" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the settings from "+ New Connection".

Next, search for and click on B-Cart.

The login page will be displayed. Enter the email address and password registered with B-Cart, and click Login.

Grant access to complete the My App connection.

Next, search for and click on Airtable.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, set the trigger for B-Cart. Click "When an order is placed".

Next, check the account information required for integration with B-Cart.
You can freely edit the title, but do not change the trigger action, and click "Next".

Set up the API connection. You can select the "Trigger Interval" as 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.

After setting, perform a test order in B-Cart and click "Test".

Confirm that the order information is displayed in the output and click "Save".

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Airtable. Click "Create Record".

As before, freely edit the title and check the account information, do not change the action, and click "Next" to proceed.

Set up the API connection.
Refer to the annotations for "Base ID" and "Table ID or Name", and obtain them from the Airtable base URL to set them.
Scroll the page and set the "Field Information".

For "Field Name", refer to the corresponding item from the table where it will be saved and input it.
For "Value", click the field and select the corresponding item from the displayed options. This time, we selected the "Order ID" from the orders placed in B-Cart.
If you want to add more save items, click "+ Add Field Information" to set them.
Once these settings are complete, click "Test" to check if the data is saved in Airtable.
If there are no issues, click "Save" to complete the setup.

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
Now, when an order is placed in B-Cart, it will be automatically added to Airtable.
