How to Integrate B-Cart with LINE WORKS

From here, we will explain the steps for app integration. The general flow is as follows:
・Integrate B-Cart and LINE WORKS with My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set triggers in B-Cart and actions in LINE WORKS
・Set the trigger to ON and prepare for flow operation
If you are already registered with Yoom, please log in. If not, please register for free and proceed with the setup.

Step 1: Integrate B-Cart and LINE WORKS with My Apps

First, integrate B-Cart with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click on "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the setup from "+ New Connection".

Next, search for and click on B-Cart.

The login page will be displayed. Enter the email address and password registered with B-Cart and click login.

Grant access permission, and the My Apps integration will be complete.

Next, search for and click on LINE WORKS.

Next, enter the "Client ID", "Client Secret", and "Scope". For the LINE WORKS (API2.0) Callback settings, please refer to here.
Once each item is entered, click "Add". This completes the My Apps integration for LINE WORKS.

Next, proceed with the setup using the Flowbot template.
Log into Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

A message saying "Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Set the trigger for B-Cart. Click "When an order is placed".

Next, check the "Account information to link with B-Cart".
You can freely edit the title, but leave the trigger action as is and click "Next".

Select the app trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
After setting, place a test order in B-Cart and click "Test".

If the order information is displayed in the output, the test is successful.
Click "Save" to complete the setup.

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for LINE WORKS.
Click "Send a message to the talk room".

As before, perform optional editing of the title and check the account information, proceed by clicking "Next" without changing the action.

Next, set the connection details and message content for LINE WORKS.
Refer to the annotation for "Bot ID" and enter the ID obtained from the Developer Console or when adding the bot.
Enter the "Talk Room ID" obtained when creating the talk room or from the talk room menu.
For "Message", you can quote information obtained from B-Cart by clicking the field. Edit freely if you want to change the initial settings or add items.
Once everything is set, click "Test" to check if the message is sent to the specified talk room in LINE WORKS.
After confirming the message is sent, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation. This will automatically notify LINE WORKS of order details occurring in B-Cart.

1. Add to Salesforce When an Order Occurs in B-Cart

When an order occurs in B-Cart, the information is automatically registered in Salesforce.
