Integrate B-Cart with Microsoft Excel to automatically add B-Cart order information to Microsoft Excel

r.oba

For those running an online store, managing order information is one of the crucial tasks.
By utilizing Yoom to integrate B-Cart with Microsoft Excel, you can automatically reflect B-Cart's order information in Microsoft Excel.
This eliminates the need to manually update order information, reducing the workload for the person in charge.
Additionally, it can help prevent human errors such as update mistakes or incorrect entries.
This article explains how to set up the flow to automatically reflect B-Cart's order information in Microsoft Excel and the benefits of implementing it.

Recommended for

  • Those who use both B-Cart and Microsoft Excel
  • Operators running an e-commerce site or online shop who want to streamline order management
  • Team leaders who want to enhance information sharing within the team
  • Staff who want to respond quickly to customer inquiries

Benefits and Examples of Integrating B-Cart with Microsoft Excel

Benefit 1: Reduction of Work Time and Operational Efficiency

By integrating B-Cart with Microsoft Excel, manual input tasks are no longer necessary, reducing manual work time and human errors such as update mistakes or incorrect entries.
For example, when an order is confirmed in B-Cart, the order information is automatically added to Microsoft Excel.
This reduces the time e-commerce sales staff spend on order processing and makes it easier to grasp the order status.

Benefit 2: Enhanced Information Sharing through Centralized Data Management

Since B-Cart's order information is automatically added to Microsoft Excel, it can be centrally managed.
For example, when a team leader checks order information, if the information is scattered across multiple systems or files, it may not be possible to share information immediately.
With order information automatically added, there is no need to check multiple systems or files, making information sharing easier.
Proper data management can smooth internal collaboration and is expected to speed up decision-making.

Benefit 3: Improved Customer Response Speed and Service Quality

With B-Cart's order information added to Microsoft Excel in real-time, customer responses can be handled quickly.
For example, sales staff can check the latest order status and immediately inform customers about shipping status or order changes, enhancing service quality.
Being able to respond quickly to customer inquiries can improve customer satisfaction and potentially strengthen the brand image.

Now, let's explain how to automatically add B-Cart's order information to Microsoft Excel using the no-code tool Yoom.

[What is Yoom]

How to Automatically Add B-Cart's Order Information to Microsoft Excel

This can be achieved by receiving updates on order information from B-Cart using B-Cart's API and adding the updated order information to a specified database in Microsoft Excel using Microsoft's API.
Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily accomplished without programming knowledge.

We will create it in the following major processes:

  • Register B-Cart and Microsoft Excel as My Apps
  • Copy the template
  • Set the B-Cart trigger as the starting point of the flow and the subsequent Microsoft Excel operation settings
  • Turn on the trigger button and check the integration operation between B-Cart and Microsoft Excel

If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here.
If you are already using Yoom, please log in.

Step 1: Register My Apps for B-Cart and Microsoft Excel

Register the My Apps to connect B-Cart and Microsoft Excel to Yoom.
By registering My Apps first, automation settings become easier.

First, register the My App for B-Cart.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.

Once both My App registrations are complete, B-Cart and Microsoft Excel will appear in My Apps.

Next, let's proceed with the settings using the Flowbot template.
Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

Please check the "Account information required for integration with B-Cart".
You can freely change the title, but do not change the trigger action, and click "Next".

__wf_reserved_inherit

Next, set up the API. You can choose the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.

After setting the "Trigger Activation Interval", perform a test order in B-Cart and click "Test".

When you run the test, the order information will be displayed in the output.
Confirm that the order information is displayed in the output and click "Save".

What is Yoom hyperautomation?
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated.
With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.

Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
