How to Create a B-Cart and Slack Integration Flow

Here, we will explain the steps for app integration. The general flow is as follows:
・Integrate B-Cart and Slack with My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set the trigger in B-Cart and the action in Slack
・Set the trigger to ON and prepare for flow operation
If you are already registered with Yoom, please log in. If not, please register for free and proceed with the setup.

Step 1: Integrate B-Cart and Slack with My Apps

First, integrate B-Cart and Google Sheets with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the setup from "+ New Connection".

Next, search for and click on B-Cart.

When the login page appears, enter your email address and password, and click "Login".

Grant access, and the My Apps integration will be complete.

Next, search for and click on Slack.

If you are already signed in to Slack, a page like the one in the image will be displayed.
If you are not signed in yet, please perform the sign-in operation on the "Sign in to your workspace" screen.
If you want to specify a different workspace, set it from "Add another workspace" at the top right of the screen.
After signing in, select the channel for notifications from "Search for a channel" at the bottom of the screen and click "Allow".
This completes the Slack My Apps integration.

Next, let's proceed with the setup using the Flowbot template.
Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

A message saying "Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Set the trigger for B-Cart.
Click "When an order is placed".

Next, check the "Account information to link with B-Cart".
You can freely edit the title, but keep the trigger action as it is and click "Next".

Select the app trigger interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
After setting, place a test order in B-Cart and click "Test".

If the order information is displayed in the output, the test is successful.
Click "Save" to complete the setup.

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Slack.
Click "Send a message to a channel".

Edit the title as desired and verify the account information, then proceed by clicking "Next" without changing the action.

Next, set up the Slack connection and message content.
For the "Channel ID to connect to", refer to the annotation and set the ID of the channel where Yoom was added.
For "Message content", you can quote information from B-Cart by clicking the field.
If you want to edit the notification content, feel free to make changes.
Once everything is set up, click "Test" to check if the message is sent to the specified Slack channel.
If the message is confirmed, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
Now, when an order is placed in B-Cart, a notification will be automatically sent to Slack.
