Now, let's explain how to automatically add data registered in Bubble to Airtable using the no-code tool Yoom.

[What is Yoom]

How to Automatically Add Data Registered in Bubble to Airtable

It is possible to achieve this by receiving new record registrations in Bubble's database using Bubble's API and adding Bubble's new records to Airtable's database using Airtable's provided API.
Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily realized without programming knowledge.

This time, we will create it through the following major processes.
・Integrate Bubble and Airtable with My App
・Copy the template
・Set a trigger in Bubble and set an action in Airtable
・Set the trigger to ON and prepare for flow operation
For those registered with Yoom, please log in, and for those not registered, please proceed with the settings after registering for free

Step 1: Connect Bubble and Airtable to My App

First, connect Bubble and Airtable to My App.
After logging into Yoom, click on "My App" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the setup from "+ New Connection".

Next, search for and click on Bubble.

Then, configure the connection settings.
For "Account Name", enter any management name you like (e.g., Yoom App).
For "Access Token", obtain and enter the API Token from Bubble's settings.
For "Subdomain", obtain and enter it from Bubble's app URL.
Additionally, refer to the annotations to enable API settings in Bubble.
Once each item is configured, click "Add" to complete.

Next, search for and click on Airtable.

Sign in using any method you prefer.

Next, click "+ Add a base" at the bottom of the page and select a workspace.
Then, click "Grant access" to complete the connection.
Next, proceed with the setup using the Flowbot template.
Log into Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

"Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, set the trigger in Bubble. Click "When a Thing is created".

Next, check the "Account information to integrate with Bubble".
You can freely edit the title, but leave the trigger action as it is and click "Next".

Set up the API connection.
You can choose the "Trigger interval" from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
*Please note that the shortest trigger interval varies depending on the plan.
Specify the "Data type name" for the target data type in Bubble.
Once everything is set, click "Test".

Check the acquired data displayed in the output and click "Save".
If you want to acquire other values, set up information acquisition using JSON PATH. Detailed settings for JSON PATH are explained here.

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Airtable. Click "Create a record".

As before, freely edit the title and check the account information, then proceed by clicking "Next" without changing the action.

Set up the API connection.
Refer to the annotations for "Base ID" and "Table ID or Name", and obtain them from the Airtable base URL to set them up.

Scroll the page and set up the "Field information".
For "Field name", refer to the corresponding item from the table where it will be saved and enter it.
For "Value", click the field and select the corresponding item from the displayed options. This time, we selected "ThingID" from Bubble.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test" to check if the data is saved in Airtable.
If there are no issues, click "Save" to complete the setup.

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for the flow operation.
Now, the data registered in Bubble will be automatically added to Airtable.
