Step 1: My App Integration with CallConnect and LINE WORKS

First, log in to your Yoom account.

1. Click on My Apps and then click on New Connection.

2. You can search by app name in the input field.
Search and register CallConnect and LINE WORKS respectively.

Register CallConnect as My App

Let's start by registering CallConnect.

Enter CallConnect in the input field, and the CallConnect icon will appear. Click on the icon.

Enter the Account Name and Access Token you wish to integrate.
Once entered, click "Add" to complete the My App registration.

Register LINE WORKS as My App

Similarly, search for LINE WORKS and click on the icon.

Step 2: Setting the Trigger to Activate When a Call is Received on CallConnect

1. First, click on "When a Webhook is Received" at the top.

2. You can set the title freely.
Enter the account information to integrate with CallConnect.
Select "When a Webhook is Received" for the action.
Once you have finished entering, click "Next".

3. Copy the Webhook URL and set it in the management screen.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test" and if there are no issues, click "Save".

Step 3: Setting Notifications for LINE WORKS

1. Return to the flow. Finally, click on the icon "Send Message to Talk Room".

2. Enter the account information to integrate with LINE WORKS.
Select "Send Message to Talk Room" for the action.
Once you have finished entering, click "Next".

3. Set each item.
When you click the input field for the Board ID, suggestions will appear, so please select from them.
Also, when you click the message editing field, the output obtained earlier will be displayed.
In the following case, the phone number obtained from CallConnect will be inserted into the message content.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test" and if there are no issues, click "Save".
