We will create it through the following major processes.

  • Register CallConnect and Slack as My Apps
  • Copy the template
  • Set up the CallConnect trigger, which serves as the starting point of the flow, followed by the Slack operation settings
  • Turn on the trigger button and verify the integration operation between CallConnect and Slack

Step 1: Integrate CallConnect and Slack with My Apps

Register CallConnect and Slack as My Apps in Yoom.
By registering My Apps first, automation settings become easier.

First, register CallConnect as a My App.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.

An app list and search bar will be displayed, so use either to select CallConnect.

When the following screen is displayed, check the description, enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token," and click Add.

This completes the integration of CallConnect as a My App.

Next, proceed to register Slack as a My App.
Similarly, search for Slack from the app list or search bar.

Enter the workspace URL and click "Continue."

Once both My Apps registrations are complete, CallConnect and Slack will be displayed in My Apps.

Next, let's proceed with the settings using the Flowbot template.
Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

The message "Template has been copied!" will be displayed, and clicking "OK" will complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger

Next, set the trigger for CallConnect. Click on "When a webhook is received".

Check the "Account information to integrate with CallConnect".
You can freely change the "Title", but leave the trigger action as it is and click "Next".

Next, set up the "Webhook event reception settings".
Check the steps and proceed with the settings.

After setting, click "Test".

When you run the test, information will be displayed in the output.
Confirm that the information is displayed and click "Save".

Step 3: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Slack.
Click on "Send a message to a channel".

You can freely change the "Title", but do not change the execution action.

Select the "Channel ID to post to" from the candidates.

You can use the output information obtained in the "Webhook event reception settings" from "Output".

Step 4: Verify the Automation of CallConnect and Slack

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation settings.
Now, when a call is received in CallConnect, it will automatically notify Slack.
