The integration flow is broadly divided into the following processes: - Register Channel Talk and Microsoft Teams as My Apps - Copy the template - Set the trigger for Channel Talk, which serves as the starting point of the flow, and configure the subsequent Microsoft Teams operations - Turn on the trigger button and verify the integration between Channel Talk and Microsoft Teams If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in. Step 1: Register Channel Talk and Microsoft Teams as My Apps Please register Channel Talk and Microsoft Teams as My Apps to connect them to Yoom. Registering as My Apps first makes automation settings easier. First, register Channel Talk as My App. Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen. A list of apps will be displayed, so search for Channel Talk or use "Search by App Name." Move to the Channel Talk management screen and click "Settings" → "Security & Development" → "API Management" → "Create New Authentication Key" in order, and check the "Access Secret" and "Access Key." Return to the Yoom screen and set the "Account Name." Set the access secret obtained from Channel Talk as the "Access Token" and set the "Access Key." Next, register Microsoft Teams as My App. Similarly, search for Microsoft Teams from the app list or search for it. The following screen will be displayed, so please log in to Microsoft Teams. Once both My App registrations are complete, Channel Talk and Microsoft Teams will be displayed. Step 2: Copy the Template To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

When the following screen is displayed, check the "Title" and "Description".
If changes are needed, click on the relevant section and make the changes.
First, set up Channel Talk by clicking "When a new customer chat is created".

Step 3: Set the trigger for Channel Talk that initiates the flow and the subsequent Microsoft Teams operation settings

When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed by yourself
  • "Account information linked with Channel Talk" → Confirm if it's the account you are using
  • "Trigger Action" → When a new customer chat is created

The following screen will be displayed, so set the "Webhook Name".
Go to the Channel Talk management screen, click "Settings" → "Security & Development" → "Webhook Management" → "Name" in order, and check and set the name.

Scroll down and set the "Access Key" obtained during My App registration.
Once set, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Next, set up Microsoft Teams by clicking "Send a message to the channel".
※Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a home plan and a general business plan (Microsoft365 Business). If you are not subscribed to the general business plan, authentication may fail.

When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

  • "Title" → Can be changed by yourself
  • "Account information linked with Microsoft Teams" → Confirm if it's the account you are using
  • "Action" → Send a message to the channel

The following screen will be displayed, so select the "Team ID" from the candidates.
The Team ID will be displayed when you click inside the box.

Scroll down and similarly select the "Channel ID" from the candidates.

Next, set the "Message".
Use the output to set the Channel Talk content you want to check in Microsoft Teams.
Click the arrow in the red frame to display the Channel Talk output.
The following is an example, so set it as you like.
Once set, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the trigger button and check the integration operation between Channel Talk and Microsoft Teams

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation settings.
Check if the flow bot starts up correctly.
