Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but using the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily achieved without programming knowledge.

Integration Process

  • Register your app with Yoom (CloudSign and Chatwork)
  • Copy the template
  • Set up app triggers and integrate apps
  • Turn on the trigger button and start integration

  • Chatwork account information (email address, password)
  • Room ID to send Chatwork notifications

Step 1: Setting up MyApp integration

Register the app information to be integrated with Yoom. Log in to the Yoom workspace and click + New Connection on the MyApp screen.

A list of apps that can be connected with Yoom and a search window will be displayed. Search for the app from the search window and proceed with MyApp registration.

CloudSign

Search for "CloudSign" and click on the app name that appears. This screen will be displayed.

Once the required fields are completed, click the add button. This completes the CloudSign MyApp registration.

Chatwork

Select Chatwork from the search results. The login screen will be displayed.

After entering the email address and password of the account to be integrated, please allow access from Yoom.

This completes the Chatwork MyApp registration.

Step 2: Copy the Yoom Flowbot template to My Project

Click this banner.

The template will be copied to My Project. You can access My Project from the left menu bar.

Step 3: App Trigger "When document signing is completed in CloudSign"

Click on the first step of the template.

Here, you will set up to retrieve information signed in CloudSign.

(2/2) API Detailed Settings for App Trigger

  • Trigger Activation Interval
    • Set the activation interval for the flow bot.
    • You can choose from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. *The shortest activation interval varies depending on your plan.

→ Click Test. → Success. The sheet's item names and test values have been retrieved.

→ Click Save.

Step 4: Integrate with App "Notify in Chatwork"

Click on the second step of the template.

Here, you will set up to create tasks in Chatwork.

(2/2) API Connection Settings

  • Room ID
    • Click the edit field to display room candidates. Selecting a room for notification will quote its ID. Alternatively, you can obtain the ID by checking the room settings in Chatwork.

  • Message Content
    • Create a template message for notification.
  • Click the edit field to display outputs added in the previous operation. Selecting them allows you to embed the quote code in the template message. Entering the item name before the quote code makes it easier for team members to recognize when displayed.

→ Click Test. → Success

→ Click Save. This completes the current step.

Step 5: Turn ON the App Trigger

Once all steps are set, a completion screen will be displayed.

Turn ON the Trigger to activate the flow bot. You can switch it with the toggle at the top left of the template.
