First, register your Confluence as a My App.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Next, copy the Yoom template.
Click the icon for "Try this template" on the banner template below.

Step 3: Set the Confluence trigger that initiates the flow and the subsequent LINE WORKS operation settings

Proceed with setting up Yoom's flow bot.
When the screen shown in the image below appears, click on the red-framed area.
In the screen for selecting the linked account and action, click to ensure there are no mistakes with the Confluence account being linked this time.

Since it will be the screen for API connection settings for the app trigger, follow the instructions and input accordingly.

・Trigger activation interval: You can choose from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
・Cloud ID: Click the input field to display "candidates."
The cloud ID of the linked Confluence will be displayed, so click on the desired cloud ID.

Next, click "Get Page."

Finally, set up LINE WORKS.

・Bot ID: Candidates from the linked Confluence will be displayed. Enter the desired ID.

・Talk Room ID: The bot needs to be participating in the target talk room. The ID displayed when you click "Channel ID" in the menu of the talk room screen is the Talk Room ID.

・Message: Enter the message to be notified to LINE WORKS as desired.

Click the input area to display "Output."
The bot ID in LINE WORKS linked this time will be displayed as a candidate, so click and input the bot ID you want to receive notifications from.
