Normally, programming knowledge is required, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily achieved without any knowledge.

We will proceed with the flow in four main steps.
・Register cyzen and Chatwork as My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set up the trigger in cyzen and the subsequent notification settings in Chatwork
・Turn on the trigger

Here is the template we will use this time.

Step 1: Link cyzen and Chatwork with My Apps

First, let's register the apps we will use this time with My Apps.
By registering with My Apps first, subsequent tasks will proceed smoothly.

Register cyzen with My Apps.
Log in to the Yoom workspace and click "+ New Connection" on the My Apps screen.

Enter cyzen in the search box and click on the displayed suggestion.

Enter the necessary information for account linking according to the content.
Once entered, click "Add".

Register Chatwork with My Apps.

Click "New Connection" on the right side of the Yoom screen.
Enter Chatwork in the search box and click on the displayed suggestion.

When the following screen is displayed, click "Allow" in the red frame.

Once the linking is complete, you will return to the My Apps screen and Chatwork will be displayed.

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".
If changes are necessary, you can click on the relevant section to make modifications.

Step 3: Set up the cyzen trigger that initiates the flow and the subsequent Chatwork operation settings

Click within the red frame below.
On the screen for selecting the linked account and action, ensure that the cyzen account you are linking is correct and click "Next".

The API connection settings screen for the app trigger will be displayed.
Enter the information according to the content.

・Trigger activation interval: You can select from 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
・Company ID: Enter the company ID for cyzen.

Once you have entered the information, click "Test" → "Save".

Set up the configuration to send messages to Chatwork.
Click within the red frame below, and on the screen for selecting the linked account and action, ensure that the Chatwork account you are linking is correct and click "Next".

A screen like the following image will be displayed.

As shown in the screen below, clicking on the input fields will display the output screen.
The content of the app linked this time will be displayed, and you can enter the content by clicking.
Use the output to proceed with the input.

Sample text has already been entered for the message content.
Rewrite it to any content as needed.

Once you have entered the information, click "Test" → "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the trigger and confirm the automation of the integration

Finally, the following screen will be displayed, so turn on the trigger. The flow bot will start automatically.

① Register a Spot in cyzen When Business Card Information is Registered in Sansan

This is a flow to register a spot in cyzen when business card information is registered in Sansan.
