Is "missed clock-ins" a common issue in attendance management for you? When employees forget to clock in, administrators often spend a lot of time checking and correcting records, which can lead to decreased work efficiency. This is where AKASHI's automatic detection feature and integration with Microsoft Teams come in handy. This system automatically detects missed clock-ins from the previous day and notifies you at a specified time, allowing for immediate action. In this article, we will introduce the benefits of this integration with concrete examples and explain how to set it up, including images. It's a must-read for those considering a shift from manual work to automation! Recommended for: - Administrators who want to reduce attendance management errors - HR personnel at companies with a large number of employees - On-site managers and employees who are not tech-savvy What issues can be solved by integrating AKASHI with Microsoft Teams? [Yoomとは] Benefits and Examples of Integrating AKASHI with Microsoft Teams Benefit 1: Improved Time Performance By automatically detecting missed clock-ins from the previous day and notifying via Microsoft Teams, administrators can expect improved work efficiency. In attendance management, there is often the hassle of manually checking system data or Excel files, but this can be eliminated. For example, the task of checking the attendance status of dozens of people every morning can be reduced to simply checking notifications on Teams, thereby shortening the time required for verification. Furthermore, since notifications are automated, you are freed from tedious repetitive tasks, allowing human resources to be allocated to more strategic tasks. Even in large companies or those with multiple locations, the relevant personnel can respond immediately upon receiving notifications, ensuring smooth overall operations. Benefit 2: Reduction of Human Errors When manually checking for missed clock-ins, isn't there a higher risk of oversight during busy times? By utilizing AKASHI's detection feature and Microsoft Teams' automatic notifications, you can expect to prevent such human errors. For example, if a notification of a missed clock-in is not received, it could become an issue during payroll calculations. With this system, any omissions are automatically detected and notified to the relevant parties at a specified time. This allows for necessary actions to be taken early, reducing the likelihood of missed checks or information delays. Additionally, Microsoft Teams notifications can record who has checked them, serving as a mechanism to clarify accountability. Benefit 3: Simple Operation and Easy Implementation The integration of AKASHI with Microsoft Teams is simple to set up and can be smoothly implemented. Especially for companies already using Microsoft Teams in their operations, it can be incorporated into the existing workflow, eliminating the need to build a new system. For example, by using Microsoft Teams' notification feature to directly send missed clock-in information to each responsible person or employee, you can start operations without disrupting the existing workflow. Even if you are not using Microsoft Teams, the IT literacy required for implementation is low, and both administrators and general employees can operate it intuitively. This ease of use is a significant advantage, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.
