How to Notify Chatwork When an Order is Placed on DEXTRE

You can receive orders placed on DEXTRE via the DEXTRE API and notify Chatwork through the API provided by Chatwork.
By utilizing a no-code tool called Yoom, you can easily automate this process without programming knowledge.

The steps for this integration flow are broadly as follows:

・Integrate DEXTRE and Chatwork with My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set triggers and actions
・Finally, confirm the trigger activation

Preparation

1)Access the official Yoom website and create an account.

If you already have an account, please log in.

2)An access token is required to register DEXTRE with My Apps.
Please set the DEXTRE API key to the access token in advance.
Contact the DEXTRE representative for the API key.

Step 1: Integrate DEXTRE and Chatwork with My Apps

1)After logging into your Yoom account, register the apps you will use next.
Click "My Apps" and select "New Connection".


2)A list of apps that can be connected with Yoom will be displayed. Search for the two apps you will use this time, "DEXTRE" and "Chatwork", one by one from the search box at the top.

Once you can select DEXTRE, configure the settings with the account you will use.
Register the copied token and API key in advance.
Enter any account name in the account name field and click "Add".

3)Once registration is complete, an icon will be displayed in My Apps.
Check if the icon of the registered app is displayed.

Step 2: Copy the Template

Next, click the banner below.

1) First, click on the "Try this template" icon. 2) The following confirmation screen will appear, so please click "OK." When this screen appears, the copy has been completed successfully. After that, you can click on the title or details to edit them. The "!" icon is displayed on the right side, so click it in order to set up the operations. The copied template is saved in "My Projects" and can be opened from there. Step 3: Set the Trigger Click on "App Trigger When an Order Occurs." Step 4: Set DEXTRE's Action 1) Select the action "When an Order Occurs" and click "Next." 2) Enter the required fields. The trigger activation interval varies depending on the contract plan. Please refer to this for details of each plan. If the app registration is complete, you can select the brand ID from the candidates. Once the selection is complete, click "Test," and after a successful test, click "Save." Step 5: Set Chatwork's Action 1) Return to the flow and click on the "Integrate with App Send Message" icon. 2) Select the action "Send Message" and click "Next." 3) Enter the required fields. You can use the DEXTRE output information obtained earlier to input into the message. Select from the candidates as needed, and once the input is complete, click "Save." This completes the flow of "Notify Chatwork when an Order Occurs in DEXTRE." Step 6: Test and Confirm Once the setup is complete, the following display will appear, so click "Turn on Trigger." Start the flow bot and check if it operates correctly. The template used this time is here.
