How to integrate DEXTRE with Discord to automatically notify Discord when an order is placed on DEXTRE

Step 1: Connect DEXTRE and Discord to My Apps

Let's start by registering the app you will use in My Apps.
By registering in My Apps in advance, the flow settings will be smoother.

First, register DEXTRE.
Access My Menu on the left side of the Yoom screen and click the New Connection button on the right side of the screen.

Next, enter DEXTRE in the search box and select "DEXTRE" from the displayed options.
Enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token" and click "Add".

Next is the My Apps registration for Discord.
Similarly, enter Discord in the search box and select "Discord" from the displayed options.
When the following screen is displayed, enter the "Account Name" and "Access Token" and click "Add".

If DEXTRE and Discord are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.

Step 2: Set the DEXTRE "When an Order Occurs" Trigger

From here, we will set up automation!
Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy the flow bot.

When you click, an image like the one below will appear, so press OK.

When the following screen is displayed, check the "Title" and "Description".
If changes are necessary, you can click on the relevant part to make changes.
First, set up DEXTRE's "When an order is placed", so click on it.

When the following screen is displayed, make the settings below.

"Title" → Can be changed as needed
"Account information linked with DEXTRE" → Check if the account is correct
"Trigger Action" → When an order is placed

Once the settings are complete, click "Next".

Let's set the details of the trigger.

"Trigger activation interval" → Please set
* The trigger can be set to activate at intervals of 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes. The shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan, so please be careful.
"Brand ID" → Please select from the candidates

Once the settings are complete, execute "Test" and if successful, click "Save".

Step 3: Set the Discord "Send Message" action

Next, we will set up Discord, so click "Send Message" and make the following settings on the screen below.

"Title" → Can be changed as needed
"Account information linked with Discord" → Check if the account is correct
"Action" → Send Message

Once the settings are complete, click "Next".

Set the details of the message to be sent.
First, set the channel ID of the channel to which you will send the message.
You can obtain it from the URL when you open the channel.

Next, create the content of the message to be sent.
The important thing here is to add detailed order information to the message to be sent!
For example, set the message content to notify the "Order ID" as shown below.
The "Order ID" changes with each flow activation.
By utilizing the output, you can input and use it to change the content with each flow activation.
Directly input the fixed parts and use the output for the variable parts to set the message content.

Once the settings are complete, execute "Test".

The message actually sent in the test will be notified to Discord as shown below.
Once the test is successful, click "Save" to complete.

Step 4: Verify the automation operation of DEXTRE and Discord

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation setup.
Check if the flow bot is activated correctly.
