How to Notify Google Chat When an Order is Placed on DEXTRE
You can receive orders placed on DEXTRE via the DEXTRE API and notify Google Chat through the API provided by Google Chat.
By utilizing a no-code tool called Yoom, you can easily automate this process without any programming knowledge.
The steps for this integration flow are broadly as follows:
- Integrate DEXTRE and Google Chat with My Apps
- Copy the template
- Set up triggers and actions
- Finally, confirm the trigger activation
Preparation
1) First, access the official Yoom website and create an account.

If you already have an account, please log in.
2) An access token is required to register DEXTRE with My Apps.
Set the DEXTRE API key in the access token beforehand.
Please contact the DEXTRE representative for the API key.
Step 1: Integrate DEXTRE and Google Chat with My Apps
1) After logging into your Yoom account, register the apps you will use next.
Click "My Apps" and select "New Connection".

2) A list of apps that can be connected with Yoom will be displayed. Search for the two apps you will use this time, "DEXTRE" and "Google Chat", one by one from the search box at the top.

Once you have selected DEXTRE, configure it with the account you will use.
Register the copied token and API key in advance.
Enter any account name in the account name field and click "Add".

Similarly, select Google Chat and log in with your Google account.



3) After registration is complete, an icon will be displayed in My Apps.
Check if the icon of the registered app is displayed.
