Step 1: Register DocuSign and Chatwork as My Apps

Please register DocuSign and Chatwork as My Apps to connect them to Yoom.
Registering My Apps in advance will facilitate smooth automation settings.

Let's register DocuSign as a My App.
Click "My Apps" → "New Connection" on the left side of the Yoom screen.

Search for DocuSign from the app list or search by "App Name".

When the following screen is displayed, log in to DocuSign.

Next, register Chatwork as a My App.
As before, search for Chatwork from the list or search for it.

When the following screen is displayed, please log in to Chatwork.

If DocuSign and Chatwork are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Read the following screen display and click "OK".

When the following screen is displayed, check the "Title" and "Description".
If you want to make changes, you can do so by clicking on the relevant section.
First, to set up DocuSign, click "When the envelope is completed".

Step 3: Set up the DocuSign trigger that initiates the flow and the subsequent Chatwork operation settings

When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

"Title" → Can be changed as desired
"Account information linked with DocuSign" → Check if the account is correct
"Trigger action" → When the envelope is completed

The following screen will be displayed, so click within the red frame and copy the Webhook URL.
Check the notes.

Since the settings will be done on the DocuSign screen, move to DocuSign.
Click in the order of "Administrator" at the top → "DocuSign Connect" at the bottom left → "Add Configuration" → "Custom", and set as follows.
※ In the "Issue URL" field of DocuSign, "https://" is already entered, so delete it before pasting the Webhook URL.
Once the setup is complete, send a Webhook event or execute a trigger event, and click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save" on the Yoom screen.

Next, to set up Chatwork, click "Notify Chatwork".
When the following screen is displayed, check the settings.

"Title" → Can be changed as desired
"Account information linked with Chatwork" → Check if the account is correct
"Action" → Send a message

The following screen will be displayed, so check the notes.

Scroll and set the "Room ID".

Next, use the DocuSign output to set the "Message Content".
By clicking the arrow within the red frame, you can select the output.
As an example, it was set as follows, but feel free to set it as desired.
Once the setup is complete, click "Test" → "Test Successful" → "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the trigger button and check the integration operation between DocuSign and Chatwork

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation setup.
