How to link your LINE Official Account with LINE and forward messages from the LINE Official Account to LINE

How to Create a Flow for Linking LINE Official Account and LINE

Step 1: Link LINE Official Account and LINE with My App

The template will be copied, and the screen will look like the above.
Since you have transitioned to the Yoom's "My Projects" page, please select "My Apps" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

First, link Yoom with each tool. Click on "New Connection" at the top right.

Linking LINE Official Account with Yoom

1. Search

Click on the LINE Official Account icon.
* Please note that there are three types: LINE Official Account, LINE, and LINE WORKS.

2. Enter Required Information

Enter the account name and access token.
For more details, please refer to How to Add My App to LINE Official Account.

3. Linking Complete

After entering the required information, press the add button at the bottom right.
The screen will change, and if the above display appears, the linking is complete.

Linking LINE with Yoom

1. Create a Talk Room
If you want to notify a group LINE, please create a room in advance.

2. Search Click on the LINE icon.

3. Log In

You will transition to the above screen. Register using any method within the red frame.
Using the QR code is recommended as it allows for quick login.

4. Decide on a Talk Room

As you proceed, you will transition to the above screen.
The red circle indicates the talk room icon, and the red frame indicates the selected talk room.

A list of talk rooms registered with LINE will be displayed, so select the room you want to forward notifications from the LINE Official Account to, and press "Agree and Link".

5. Linking Complete

The screen will change, and if the above display appears, the linking is complete.

Next, copy the template to My Projects and create a flow bot.
If you haven't copied it yet, please copy the flow bot template from below.

1. Hover over the banner and click "View Details"
2. Click "Try this template" on the page you moved to
3. Register with Yoom
※ If you have already completed registration, the login screen will be displayed, so please log in.

Step 2: Setting to receive inquiries from the official LINE account

1. Open My Project


Open "My Project" from the menu on the left side of the screen.

2. Open the copied template
Click on "Notify LINE when a message is received from a user on the official LINE account".

3. Select an app trigger
Select "When a message is received from a user" from the official LINE account icon. Press Next.

4. Webhook settings

Set up the webhook. By doing this, messages will be forwarded from the official LINE account to LINE in real-time.
For instructions on how to set it up, please see How to set up webhook events on the official LINE account.

5. Run the test

Once the settings are complete, return to the Yoom screen and press the test button at the bottom.
If "Test Successful" is displayed in blue, the setup is complete. Please press save.

Step 3: Settings to receive LINE

1. Select an app trigger
Select "Notify LINE" from the LINE icon. Press Next.

2. Set the message content

Set the message to be notified to LINE. Please click the box.

Select the official LINE account item.


The data from the official LINE account will be displayed. Click on the content you want to notify to LINE and insert it.


Once inserted, it will be displayed as shown in the image.

3. Adjust the layout

Use line breaks and symbols to adjust the layout.
This will improve the readability of the message.

4. Run the test
Once the data insertion is complete, press the test button.
If "Test Successful" is displayed, the setup is complete. Please press save.

5. Turn on the trigger

Once the flowbot creation is complete, it will be displayed as shown above. The trigger is initially set to OFF, so turn it ON.
This completes the creation of the flowbot using the official LINE account and LINE.
