If not, register for free and proceed with the setup.
Step 1: Connect freee HR and Google Chat with My Apps
After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen, then click "+ New Connection".
Search for and click freee HR in the "App List". Then log into freee HR and allow access to Yoom.
Search for Google Chat again from the app list. If two apps are displayed at this time, click Google Chat (OAuth). *Integration with Google Chat is only possible with Google Workspace. For details, please refer to here.
After entering the "Client ID" and "Client Secret", click "Register". This completes the My Apps connection.
Next, copy the Flowbot template. Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy.
Once you have copied, click "OK" to move to the Flowbot settings screen.
Step 2: Set the Trigger

Ensure the correct account is selected in "Account information linked with freee HR". If you own multiple accounts, a different account may be selected. Click "Next" without changing the "Trigger Action".
Copy the Webhook URL displayed on the next screen and configure it in the freee HR management screen. Once the setup is complete, click "Test" to verify if information can be retrieved from freee HR. If there are no issues, click "Save".
Step 3: Set the Action
Next, set the action for Google Chat. Click "Send a message to space".
As before, edit the title as desired and verify the account information is correct. Click "Next" without changing the "Action".
Next, configure the Google Chat connection settings and edit the message content to be sent. Obtain and enter the "Space ID", "Key", and "Token" from Google Chat. You can set the "Message Content" to the information you want to send. By clicking the text box, you can reference the information obtained from freee HR earlier. Once each item is configured, click "Test" to verify if the message is sent. If there are no issues, click "Save".
Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation. Now, whenever employee information is updated in freee HR, a notification will be automatically sent to Google Chat.
