m.takahashi

Employee attendance omissions can be a major headache for HR personnel, right? Especially for new employees, there is a possibility of repeated clock-in omissions until they get used to the work. Wouldn't it be helpful if there was a feature that automatically notified you of such attendance omissions the next day, reducing the burden of managing attendance data? In this article, we will introduce how to automatically notify LINE WORKS of the previous day's attendance omissions using freee HR, and explain how to streamline HR operations. By integrating freee HR with LINE WORKS, you can achieve more efficient and accurate attendance management, taking your company's labor management to the next level. This integration is easy to implement without programming, so if you're looking to achieve efficient labor management, be sure to check it out until the end. Recommended for: We recommend this integration to the following people! - HR personnel at companies using freee HR for attendance management - Administrators at companies using LINE WORKS as a communication tool - HR personnel at companies that regularly hire new employees - Payroll personnel aiming to improve the accuracy of attendance data - HR departments at companies aiming to improve employees' attendance awareness Benefits and Examples of Integrating freee HR and LINE WORKS Benefit 1: Improved Attendance Management Accuracy By integrating freee HR with LINE WORKS, you can quickly detect employee attendance omissions and recording errors. For example, if there is an omission in the previous day's attendance data, a notification is immediately sent to LINE WORKS, allowing administrators to address it early, reducing the effort of subsequent correction work and verification. This improves the accuracy of attendance information, prevents errors during payroll calculations, and avoids salary payments based on incorrect attendance data, thereby reducing the burden on accounting operations. Benefit 2: Streamlined Labor Management Manually checking employee attendance status is time-consuming and labor-intensive, but by integrating freee HR with LINE WORKS, attendance omissions can be automatically detected immediately. This shortens the time required for attendance verification, allowing you to focus on more important tasks. For example, in companies that regularly hire new employees, automatic notifications lead to smooth corrections and verifications. Additionally, by promptly requesting action from the relevant individuals upon receiving notifications, manual corrections can be made after verification, maintaining data accuracy. This can be resolved without hindering operations, reducing stress for both employees and HR personnel. Benefit 3: Enhanced Employee Self-Management Awareness By utilizing automatic notifications of attendance omissions via LINE WORKS, you can establish a follow-up system for newly hired employees, enhancing their awareness of attendance management. Notifications of clock-in omissions sent to HR management personnel allow for early identification of individuals prone to omissions, such as new employees, leading to thorough self-management. For example, if employees are unaware of their own clock-in omissions and are repeatedly asked for confirmation by HR management personnel, they can maintain a high awareness of their own attendance, ultimately leading to a reduction in attendance omissions. As a result, the accuracy of attendance management is improved, and the burden on HR personnel is reduced. Now, let's proceed with integrating freee HR and LINE WORKS using Yoom! Other Examples of Automation Using freee HR

There are many other examples of automation using freee HR in Yoom, so here are a few.

1.Notify Slack when an employee is registered in freee HR

This flow triggers a notification in Slack when an employee is registered. It allows notifications of employee registration to be sent to members other than the person responsible for the registration, facilitating a smooth start to subsequent tasks.

2.When an employee is registered in SmartHR, also add them to freee HR

The next recommendation is a collaboration flow for those using the two labor management apps, SmartHR and freee HR. By using the information quoted from the registration, you can prevent errors from manual input and maintain the consistency of registration information.

3.Register employees in freee HR by reading resumes with OCR

The last introduction is a flowbot that automatically reads resumes and registers employees in freee HR based on that information. Once the employee registration is completed with the resume data from recruitment activities, the task of registering employee information can be completed quickly.
※AI operations are available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan.

Summary

This time, we introduced a flow bot that "detects attendance omissions from the previous day in freee HR and notifies LINE WORKS." By integrating freee HR and LINE WORKS, we can especially support new employees who are prone to attendance errors, improving the accuracy of attendance management and streamlining labor management. The automatic notification feature quickly detects attendance omissions, enhancing employees' self-management awareness. As a result, it may prevent payroll calculation errors and reduce the burden on labor managers.

It can be easily implemented without programming, so please experience how much labor management can be streamlined in actual operations!

I experienced jewelry sales as a new graduate, got married and gave birth, and worked at a social insurance labor consultant office for about 6 years. I experienced a variety of office work in both industries, including inventory management and customer management. Especially when I work at a company labor office, I often end the day with a huge amount of input work and paperwork. When I learned about Yoom, my first voice was “Why couldn't we meet sooner...” I try to write easy-to-understand sentences so that I can bring the convenience of Yoom to everyone!

What is Yoom hyperautomation?
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated.
With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Don't Just Connect Apps—Automate Everything
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.

Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
