In this case, we have set it to notify "Every day" at "9 AM", but this section can be customized.
For example, if you want to receive notifications only on working days for a company where working days are Monday to Friday, you can uncheck "Sunday" and "Monday".
Once the settings are complete, click "Save".

Next, set the action for "Obtain Clock-in Data" in freee HR.
Once the following screen is displayed, proceed with the settings.

"Account Information to Link with freee HR" → Check if the account is correct
"Action" → Obtain Clock-in Data
Once the settings are complete, click "Next" to proceed.
Set the business location ID and employee ID.
When you click the input fields, suggestions will appear as shown in the image below, so select from the suggestions.
Scroll through the screen to set the clock-in date to be obtained.
Since the date for "Yesterday" changes every time, select and enter the format from yesterday's date as follows.
Once everything is entered, execute "Test", and if successful, click "Save" to complete.

Set the conditions for progressing the flow.
Since we want to send a notification under the condition of "If there was a clock-in omission", set the condition where the output of "Clock-in Time" is "Empty".
This time, we are using a copied flow bot, so after checking the content, click "Save" to complete.

Finally, set the action for "Send Message to Talk Room" in LINE WORKS!
Once the following screen is displayed, proceed with the settings.

"Account Information to Link with freee HR" → Check if the account is correct

Once the settings are complete, click "Next" to proceed.

Scroll down to set the Bot ID and Talk Room ID.

You can obtain the Talk Room ID by clicking the "More" button on the right side of the screen while the talk room is open in LINE WORKS, as shown below.
Please copy and enter what is displayed on this screen.
Proceed further to set the message content.
For the fixed parts, type them directly, and for the variable parts, select and enter the date.
Execute "Test", and if successful, click "Save" to complete.
Finally, click "Turn ON Trigger" to complete the automation settings.
