Step 1: Link freee HR and Money Forward Admina to My Apps

Next, enter "Admina" in the search window and select "Money Forward Admina" from the displayed suggestions.

・Set a management name of your choice for the account name. Example: My Account
・Set the API key obtained from Money Forward Admina as the access token.
・You can obtain the API key by logging into Money Forward Admina and navigating to "Settings > API Key List".

Once entered, click "Add".

Money Forward Admina will be displayed in My Apps.

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

The template will be copied, so click the "OK" button at the bottom right.

Step 3: Initial freee HR settings and subsequent Money Forward Admina operation settings

In the screen to select the linked account and action, click "Next".

Finally, set up Money Forward Admina.
Click "Create Identity" within the red frame.

Enter the required fields.
・Organization ID: Obtain from the API key list in settings and enter.
・Employee Status: Enter any content.
・Employee Type: Enter any content.

Clicking on the input field will display the output.
Click "Retrieve Employee Information" to easily enter the information obtained from freee HR.
Proceed with inputting the content using the output.
Once input is complete, click "Test" → "Save".

Step 4: Turn on the trigger button and verify the linkage operation between freee HR and Money Forward Admina

Finally, click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the automation settings.
Check if the flow bot starts correctly.
