The integration flow between freee HR and Labor Management and SmartHR is broadly created through the following processes:

Set the trigger in freee HR and Labor Management, which serves as the starting point of the flow, and configure the subsequent operations in SmartHR

Step 1: Connect freee HR Labor and SmartHR with My Apps
Let's register My Apps to connect freee HR Labor and SmartHR to Yoom. By completing the My Apps registration first, the subsequent automation settings will be smoother.
First, register My Apps for freee HR Labor. Access the My Apps menu on the left side of the Yoom screen and click the New Connection button on the right side of the screen.
Next, enter freee HR Labor in the search window, select it, and click.
When the "Start App Integration" screen appears, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Allow".
This completes the My Apps registration for freee HR Labor.
Next, proceed to the My Apps registration for SmartHR. As before, search for SmartHR on the New Connection screen of My Apps.
When accessing SmartHR, you will be asked for an access token. Obtain this and return to the "New Registration for SmartHR" screen on Yoom, and add the account name and access token.

If freee HR Labor and SmartHR are displayed in My Apps, the registration is complete.
Step 2: Copy and Set Up the Template
To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.
Please read the following screen display and click "OK".
Check the title on the following screen and change it if necessary. First, set the schedule trigger. Click "Start at 9:00 on the 1st of every month".
The "Specify Execution Time" screen will be displayed, so adjust the schedule.
"Title" → Can be freely changed
"Schedule Setting" → Enter the desired date and time
In the schedule setting, you can also set the day of the week and Cron in addition to the date and time. Cron settings allow you to finely adjust the schedule if the execution frequency is high. For more details, please see here on Yoom's help page.
Once confirmed, click "Save".
Next, set up freee HR. Click "Get a list of employees from freee HR".
Let's check if there is any discrepancy between the title and the action. Click "Next" at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the API connection settings.
In the API connection settings, select, enter, test, and save the office ID, number of items per page, and page number.
Return to the Flowbot screen, scroll down, and click "Get Payroll Details" in freee HR.
Also on the following screen, check for any discrepancies between the title and the action. Click "Next" at the bottom of the screen to proceed to the API connection settings.
Select or enter the office ID from the dropdown menu.
Refer to the following screen for the employee ID. Select in the order of "Output" → "Command Operation" → "Loop Variable of Employee ID List".
Here, enter the values obtained from the data conversion action for "Get the Year of Payroll Details to Retrieve" and "Get the Month of Payroll Details to Retrieve" as output.
Year to Retrieve... Value after conversion of the action to get the year of payroll details to retrieve
Month to Retrieve... Value after conversion of the action to get the month of payroll details to retrieve
Enter the above and click "Test" and "Save".
Before proceeding to the next action, let's consolidate the freee HR ID and SmartHR ID for each employee.
Next, set up Yoom. Click "SmartHR Employee ID".
Set the database app to "Yoom" and the execution action to "Get Record". For "Database Integration", select the applicable one from the dropdown and click "Next".
Enter the "Conditions for the Record You Want to Retrieve" and save it if the test is successful. Match with the freee employee ID to obtain the SmartHR ID.
Finally, click "Register Payroll Information" at the bottom of the Flowbot screen.
Also, make sure that the "Title" and "Action" are unified. Check the required items and click "Next" to proceed to "API Connection Settings".
In "API Connection Settings", enter and confirm the required items. For example, enter "Payment Item Name = Item Name Registered in Payroll Items on SmartHR" and "Value = Item Corresponding to Payment Item Name Among Values Obtained from freee HR". Also, don't forget to "Test" and "Save" at the bottom of the screen.
Once all items are set, tested, and saved, the following screen will be displayed.
When you turn "Trigger ON", payroll information from freee HR will be automatically registered in SmartHR.
