  • Copy the template.
  • Set up the trigger in freee HR as the starting point of the flow, and then configure the operations in Microsoft Teams.
  • Turn on the trigger button and verify the operation of the integration flow between freee HR and Microsoft Teams.

Step 1: My Apps Integration

Integrating with My Apps first will make the subsequent settings proceed smoothly.
First, let's integrate the freee HR you are using with Yoom.
Select My Apps → New Connection from the left side of the Yoom page.

Search for freee HR and log in with your freee ID.

Next, integrate with Microsoft Teams.
Please log in with your email address and password.

※Microsoft365 (formerly Office365) has both a Home Plan and a Business Plan (Microsoft365 Business), and if you are not subscribed to the Business Plan, authentication may fail.
If freee HR and Microsoft Teams are integrated into My Apps, you're all set.

Step 2: Set Triggers and Actions

We will proceed using this template.

Open the template page and click on "Try this template".
If you are using Yoom, please log in. If you are new, please register.
Proceed and the template will be automatically copied to your workspace.
Change the template name as needed.
Click on My Projects on the left to see the copied template.
Click on the ellipsis (...) on the right and select Edit.
Things to prepare
Test employee in freee HR.
This time, we will update the address.
Let's set up the app trigger.
Select "When employee information is updated (Webhook)".
You can change the title as you like.
Check the account information to be linked and proceed.
Set up the Webhook. Please refer to this article for settings.
Once the setup is complete, move to freee HR and change the address of the test employee.
Return to Flowbot and test.
If you have obtained the employee ID of freee HR in the output, save it.
Next, click on "Send a message to the channel". Check the account information and proceed. Set up the items.
