・Copy the template
・Set triggers including freee HR Labor and configure actions in Telegram
・Set the trigger to ON and prepare for workflow operation

If you are already registered with Yoom, log in. If not, register for free and proceed with the setup.

Step 1: Integrate freee HR Labor and Telegram with My Apps


First, integrate freee HR Labor and Telegram with My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the setup from "+New Connection".
In the next screen, search for and click on freee HR Labor in "New Connection for My Apps".

Then, sign in with the account you want to use, allow Yoom access, and complete the My Apps integration.
Similarly, search for and click on Telegram.

Set an arbitrary name for "Account Name".
For "Access Token", create a new BOT in Telegram, issue it, and enter it.

Enter each item and click "Add".
This completes the My Apps integration.

Next, let's copy the Flowbot template.
Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

When the message "Template has been copied!" appears, click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2: Set the Trigger


Set the trigger schedule.
Click "At 9 AM every day".


The "Title" can be changed to another name as desired.
In "Schedule Settings", you can choose from date, day of the week, or Cron settings. This time, we selected "Specify Day of the Week" and set it to send notifications every day at 9 AM.

"Specify Date" allows you to set the date and time for sending notifications each month. In the image, it is set to send notifications at 9 AM on the 15th of each month.
"Cron Settings" allows for more detailed specification of notification dates and times. In the image, it is set to send notifications at 5:30 on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Once all items are set, click "Save".

Step 3: Set Data Retrieval

Next, set up to retrieve time-stamp data from freee HR.
Click "Retrieve Time-stamp Data".

Edit the title as desired and check the account information.
Make sure the correct account is selected in "Account Information Linked with freee HR".
The "Title" can be edited as desired.
Do not change the "Action" and click "Next".

Next, set up the connection destination.
For "Office ID" and "Employee ID", click the field and select from the displayed options.
For "Date to Retrieve", since we are checking yesterday's attendance, click the field and select "%Y-%m-%d" from "Date" and "Yesterday".
Once each item is set, click "Test" to check if the information is displayed in the output.
If there are no issues, click "Save".


Next, let's check the branching settings.
Click "Command Operation".

In the branching condition specification screen, you can edit the "Title" as desired.
Do not change any other settings and click "Save".

Step 4: Set the Action

Next, set the action for Telegram.
Click "Send Message".

As before, edit the title as desired and check the account, then proceed by clicking "Next" without changing the action.

Next, set up the Telegram connection and message content.
For "Chat ID", refer to the notes and set it up in Telegram, then click the field and select from the options.
You can enter any text in "Message Content".
Once each item is set, click "Test" to check if the message is sent.
Once confirmed, click "Save".

Click "Turn on Trigger" to prepare for flow operation.
Now, when a timekeeping omission is detected in freee HR, a notification will be sent to Telegram.
