freee HR and TOKIUM are convenient SaaS tools, but when used together, there is a need to repeatedly register employee information. This article introduces a no-code method to integrate freee HR and TOKIUM, so please refer to it.
Recommended for:
- Those using freee HR and TOKIUM but find manual information integration cumbersome
- Those who want to reduce registration errors by integrating freee HR and TOKIUM
- Those who want to smooth the reflection of information by integrating freee HR and TOKIUM
Benefits and Examples of Integrating freee HR and TOKIUM
Benefit 1: Reducing Human Errors
Manual registration work carries the risk of omissions and incorrect entries. Even if accurate employee information is registered in freee HR, errors during registration in TOKIUM can cause confusion among stakeholders. By integrating freee HR and TOKIUM, employee information is automatically reflected in TOKIUM, reducing human errors during repeated registrations and maintaining data consistency. For example, if registration errors in TOKIUM lead to data inconsistency between tools, it may result in proceeding with incorrect information or unnecessary verification work. However, preventing registration errors in TOKIUM through integration may enable smooth business operations based on accurate data.
Benefit 2: Reducing Manual Registration
Manual registration work increases the burden on the person in charge in proportion to the number of new employees. When registering a large number of employees at once, input work can be overwhelming, potentially delaying other tasks. By integrating freee HR and TOKIUM, employee information registration can be completed in one go, potentially reducing the workload of the person in charge. For example, in March, there is preparation for onboarding new employees, and input work tends to be burdensome for the person in charge. Introducing this integration may reduce registration work and improve the efficiency of onboarding preparation.
Benefit 3: Preventing Time Lag
When manually registering employee information from freee HR to TOKIUM, time lag becomes an issue. Delays in registration to TOKIUM can hinder the progress of related parties' work. By integrating the tools, when employee information is registered in freee HR, it can be reflected in real-time in TOKIUM, allowing related members to proceed with their work smoothly. For example, if there is a time lag when registering employee information in freee HR and TOKIUM in the HR department, the accounting department may not be able to use TOKIUM smoothly, leading to verification work between departments. However, if information is reflected in real-time through automation, such situations can be avoided.

I've been running a personal blog for over 5 years.
When writing, it is important to explain the information readers want to know in an easy-to-understand manner.
Based on the writing experience I learned in managing a blog, I will introduce how to use and appeal of Yoom, which can automate complex tasks without code, in an easy-to-understand manner.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
