Benefits and Examples of Linking Garoon and Discord

Benefit 1: Streamlining Schedule Sharing Across the Team

By linking Garoon and Discord, you can automatically notify Discord when a schedule is registered in Garoon's calendar, allowing you to automatically share meeting and business negotiation schedules with all team members.
This can prevent notification omissions and communication delays caused by manual input.
For example, when a "project progress meeting" is registered in Garoon's calendar, you can receive a notification on Discord, allowing all members to quickly check the schedule and secure time to prepare.
As a result, schedule management efficiency is expected to improve, along with attendance rates and preparation status for meetings.

Benefit 2: Quick Notifications to Employees on the Go

By linking Garoon and Discord, sales representatives and field workers outside the office can receive notifications on Discord via their smartphones, allowing for quick confirmation.
For example, when an "urgent client meeting" is registered in Garoon's schedule, the information is quickly notified to Discord, allowing for rapid response to schedule changes.
This ensures that members on the go can always grasp and respond to the latest schedules, potentially improving customer satisfaction.

Benefit 3: Speeding Up Information Sharing Between Different Departments

By linking Garoon and Discord, you can streamline information sharing between different departments.
For example, when the development department registers a "new product test schedule" in Garoon, an automatic notification is sent to the sales department via Discord, speeding up schedule sharing between different departments and allowing for quick preparation.
This automation can reduce unnecessary confirmation work between departments, potentially improving the overall work speed within the company.
