The template will be copied to My Project. You can access My Project from the left menu bar.

Step 3: App Trigger "When a Review is Posted"
Click on the first step of the template.

Extract items that can be obtained from Google Business Profile.

(2/2) API Connection Settings for App Trigger

- Trigger Activation Interval
- You can select from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
- Account ID
- Click the edit field to open a dropdown. The ID corresponding to the business account will be picked up from the linked accounts. Selecting the relevant account will quote the ID.

- Location ID
- Similarly, click the edit field to display candidates.
- Alternatively, the sequence of numbers from the pre-obtained business profile ID becomes the location ID. Enter the sequence after locations/ to complete the setup.

→ Click Test → Success. In addition to the review content, you can also obtain the reviewer's name and star rating.

→ Click Save
Step 4: "Register Record" to Link with App
Next, click on the second step of the template.

In this step, you will configure the settings to add to the Airtable app.

(2/2) Detailed Settings for Database Operations

Enter values in the following edit fields. All can be obtained from the URL.
- Base ID
- Table ID or Name
Record Information
Link the output obtained from Google Business Profile to each item in the Airtable app.

- Field Name
- Enter the table item name. In the sample table, it would be something like creation date.
- Value
- Click the edit field to display the output obtained from Google Business Profile. Link the appropriate value to the field from the output.

- In the default display, only one box for entering values is shown, but click "Add Record Information" to increase the boxes according to the number of items and link the output to all items. This time, the item names are matched to the output content, so there will be a total of 8 boxes.

→ Click Test. → Success
→ Click Save. This completes the setup of this flow bot.
Step: Turn ON the App Trigger
Once all steps are configured, a complete screen will be displayed.

Turn ON the Trigger to activate the flow bot. Please toggle the switch located at the top left of the template.
