Step 1: Connect Google Drive and LINE WORKS to My Apps

After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and click "+ New Connection".

Click on Google Drive from the list of new connections in My Apps.

Log in with the account you want to connect this time.

Next, register LINE WORKS in My Apps.
Click "+ New Connection" as before.

Click on LINE WORKS displayed in the app list.


Follow the instructions and click "Add".

Step 2: Copy the Template

To set up automation, click "Try it" on the banner below.

Let's set up Yoom's flow bot.
When the screen shown in the image below appears, click inside the red frame on the screen.

The "Select Linked Account and Action" screen will appear.
Make sure there are no mistakes with the Google Drive account you are linking this time, and click "Next".

The "App Trigger API Connection Settings" screen will appear.
You can select the trigger activation interval from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes, so choose your preferred time.
Click "Test", and once the test is successful, click "Add".

Next, click "Notify LINE WORKS".

The "Select Linked Account and Action" screen will appear.

Make sure there are no mistakes with the LINE WORKS account you are linking this time, and click "Next".

When the screen shown in the image below appears, enter the information as instructed.
The bot ID can be obtained when creating a bot in the Developer Console or when adding a bot from the admin screen.

Step 4: Turn on the Trigger and Confirm Automation
