How to Automate by Integrating Google Forms, Dify, and LINE WORKS

From here, we will explain the steps for app integration. The general flow is as follows:
・Integrate Google Forms, Dify, and LINE WORKS with My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set triggers in Google Forms and actions in Dify and LINE WORKS
・Set the trigger to ON and prepare for flow operation
If you are registered with Yoom, please log in, and if you are not registered, please proceed with the settings after registering for free.

Step 1. Connect Google Forms, Dify, and LINE WORKS to My Apps

First, connect Google Forms, Dify, and Microsoft Teams to My Apps.
After logging into Yoom, click on "My Apps" on the left side of the screen and proceed with the settings from "+ New Connection".

Search for Google Forms and click on it.

Click "Sign in with Google" on the next screen to display the Google login page. Log in with the Google account you want to use here. Then click "Sign in with Google" to sign in with your Google account.

After signing in, a message saying "Yoom is requesting access to your Google account" will appear. Press "Continue" to complete the My Apps connection.

Next, search for Dify and click on it.

Set an arbitrary name for "Account Name".
Enter the API key issued by Dify for "Access Token".

After entering, click "Add" to complete the My Apps connection.

Similarly, search for LINE WORKS and click on it.

To register LINE WORKS, you need to set "Client ID", "Client Secret", and "Scope".
Details on the settings are explained here.
After completing the settings, click Add to complete the My Apps connection.

Next, proceed with the settings using the Flowbot template.
Log in to Yoom and click "Try it" on the banner below.

A message saying "Template has been copied!" will be displayed, so click "OK" to complete the copy.

Step 2. Set up Google Form Trigger

Next, set up the trigger for the Google Form.
Click "When a response is submitted to the form".

Next, check the "Account information to integrate with Google Form".
You can freely edit the title, but leave the trigger action as it is and click "Next".

Select the "Trigger activation interval" from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
Please note that the shortest activation interval varies depending on the plan.
Refer to the annotation to obtain and enter the "Form ID" from the corresponding form URL.
Once you have entered everything, submit a response in the corresponding form and click "Test".

Confirm that the response information is displayed in the output and click "Save".

Step 3. Set up Dify Action

Next, set up the Dify action.
Click "Send chat message".

As before, perform optional editing of the title and check the account information, do not change the action, and click "Next".

Set the message content to be sent to Dify.
Dify generates response content based on the sent message, so enter a message including "Inquiry content" in "query".
"Inquiry content" can be selected from the suggestions displayed when you click the field.
Set an arbitrary value in alphanumeric characters for "user" as per the annotation.

Once everything is set, click "Test" and check the output content, then click "Save".

Step 4. Set up LINE WORKS Action‍

Next, set up the LINE WORKS action.
Click "Send message to talk room".

Similarly, perform optional editing of the title and check the account information, then click "Next".

Next, set up the connection and message content for LINE WORKS.
The "Bot ID" can be obtained when creating or adding a BOT, as per the annotation.
The "Talk Room ID" can be obtained when creating a talk room or from the menu on the talk room screen.
The "Message" can be edited freely, and by clicking the field, you can quote information obtained from Google Form or Dify. This time, a message including "Inquiry content" and "Response content" was created.
Once each item is set, click "Test".
If the test is successful, click "Save" to complete the setup.

Click "Turn on Trigger" to complete the preparation for flow operation.
Now, when a timekeeping omission is detected in freee, a notification will be automatically sent to Telegram.
