How to Register User Information Submitted via Google Forms to Raku-Raku Sales
You can receive user information submitted via Google Forms through the Google Forms API and register it to Raku-Raku Sales via the Raku-Raku Sales API.
By utilizing a no-code tool called Yoom, you can easily automate this process without programming knowledge.
The steps for this integration flow are broadly as follows:
- Integrate Google Forms and Raku-Raku Sales with My Apps
- Copy the template
- Set up triggers and actions
- Finally, check if the trigger is activated
Preparation
1) First, access the official Yoom website and create an account.

If you already have an account, please log in.
2) To register My Apps in Raku-Raku Sales, you need to contract the API integration option in Raku-Raku Sales and register Yoom's IP address.
Log in to Raku-Raku Sales in advance, allow connection from Yoom's IP address, and obtain the API token.

Step 1: Integrate Google Forms and Raku-Raku Sales with My Apps
1) After logging into your Yoom account, register the apps you will use next.
Click "My Apps" and select "New Connection".

2) A list of apps that can be connected with Yoom will be displayed, and search for the two apps you will use this time, "Google Forms" and "Raku-Raku Sales", one by one from the search box at the top.

After selecting Google Forms, log in with your Google account.



Similarly, after selecting Raku-Raku Sales, enter the necessary information based on the information obtained during preparation and click "Add".

3) Once registration is complete, an icon will be displayed in My Apps.
Check if the app icon is displayed.
