Those who want to prevent human errors during data registration
Benefits and Examples of Integrating Google Sheets and Apollo
Benefit 1: Save Working Time
Manually transferring personal information registered in Google Sheets to Apollo can take up a lot of time. However, by utilizing automation that integrates Google Sheets and Apollo, manual work becomes unnecessary, and working time can be significantly reduced. For example, the sales team can simply enter the personal information they want to search for in Google Sheets, and it is possible to search for the specified person in Apollo. This eliminates the need to repeatedly set search conditions manually, making it easy to obtain search results.
Benefit 2: Improve Data Accuracy
Manual person searches carry the risk of setting incorrect search information, making it difficult to accurately obtain data. For example, even if a salesperson wants to obtain specific personal information, automation allows for accurate data retrieval. This enables the acquisition of the latest personal information, which can be recorded in Google Sheets. As a result, there is no worry about searching for or recording incorrect information. This automation is particularly useful for marketing and sales activities.
Benefit 3: Easy Data Sharing
If you are sharing personal information within the team using Google Sheets, the introduction of automation makes data sharing easier than ever. For example, by automatically searching for personal information in Apollo based on the information added to Google Sheets and adding the search results back to Google Sheets, the same data can be obtained within the team. This allows you to easily obtain search results just by checking Google Sheets, reducing the hassle of sharing. Furthermore, since everyone can access the same data, it is very convenient.
Now, let's explain how to use the no-code tool Yoom to "retrieve personal information added in Google Sheets with Apollo and add it back to Google Sheets."
[What is Yoom]
How to Create a Google Sheets and Apollo Integration Flow
Automation can be achieved by receiving personal information registered in Google Sheets via API, using Apollo's API to search for people, and adding the search results to Google Sheets. Generally, programming knowledge is required to achieve this, but with the no-code tool Yoom, it can be easily accomplished without programming knowledge.
The integration flow is broadly created through the following processes.
Register Google Sheets and Apollo as My Apps
Copy the template
Set the trigger for the Google Sheets that will be the starting point of the flow and the subsequent Apollo operation settings
Turn on the trigger button and check the integration operation between Google Sheets and Apollo
If you are not using Yoom, please register for free from here. If you are already using Yoom, please log in.
Step 1: Register Google Sheets and Apollo as My Apps

I've been working as a writer since my job in child welfare, and I'm currently writing a blog on Yoom.
While being surprised by the work efficiency improvements that can be made with Yoom, I would like to share that excitement with everyone and contribute to society.
I'll tell you about application integration and automation that even I, who has zero programming knowledge, can do.
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
