Open the template page and click on "Try this template".
If you are using Yoom, please log in. If you are new, please
register.
Proceed, and the template will be automatically copied to your workspace.
Change the template name as needed.
Click on "My Projects" on the left to see the copied template.
Click the ellipsis (...) on the right and select "Edit".
Items to prepare:
・A Google Spreadsheet where you can register employee information.
Refer to the image for the header.
(Information will be entered during testing.)
Let's set up the app trigger.
Select "
When a row is added".
Change the title as desired.
After confirming the account information to be linked, proceed to the next step.
Enter the required fields.
- Trigger interval: You can choose from 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.
※ The selection of intervals varies depending on the plan.
Set the table range to include all, including the header.
- Column with unique values
※ Be sure to select a column where values do not duplicate!
Now, move to the Google Spreadsheet for employee information.
Leave the registration status in column G blank.
Enter the other fields.
Return to Flowbot and test.
If the record information from the Google Spreadsheet is reflected in the output, save it.
Next, click on "
Add User".
Confirm the account information to be linked.
Proceed to the next step and configure the fields.
Select from the output as follows.
Configure the remaining fields.
This time, set a deadline.
Configure other fields as needed.
Once selection is complete, test and save if successful.
Next, click on "
Update Record".
Link the database.
Set the conditions for the record you want to update as follows.
Since you will enter the registration status, set it to "
Registered".
Test this as well, and save if successful.
Check the Google Spreadsheet.
The registration status has been successfully reflected.
