How to integrate Google Sheets with NP Kakebarai to register a transaction in NP Kakebarai when a row is added in Google Sheets.

a.ohta

If you have implemented NP Kakebarai and are storing transaction information separately in Google Sheets, it is recommended to integrate these two apps. This integration can eliminate the need to manually transfer transaction information from Google Sheets to NP Kakebarai, potentially making data management more efficient. By reducing the input workload through app integration, it should also help alleviate the burden of tasks. Detailed explanations with images are provided, so why not take this opportunity to implement automation? Recommended for: - Companies that have implemented NP Kakebarai and are inputting transaction information separately into Google Sheets. - Those who want to reduce the effort of entering transaction information from Google Sheets into NP Kakebarai. - Companies aiming to reduce the burden of administrative tasks such as data entry by implementing automation. Benefits and Examples of Integrating Google Sheets with NP Kakebarai Benefit 1: Reducing the Burden of Data Entry By performing this integration, transaction data accumulated in Google Sheets can be automatically transferred to NP Kakebarai. This is expected to reduce the workload. For example, previously, when transferring data from Google Sheets to NP Kakebarai, manual input was required. With automatic transfer, data entry tasks can be reduced, potentially alleviating the burden of input work. If there are many cases that need to be transferred, you should feel the benefits of this advantage significantly. Benefit 2: Maintaining Data Accuracy With the automatic transfer of data from Google Sheets to NP Kakebarai, it is expected to prevent human errors such as input mistakes, making it easier to maintain data accuracy. For instance, if there are discrepancies between the data in Google Sheets and NP Kakebarai due to input errors, correct billing may not be possible. However, by integrating apps and implementing automation, you can transfer the data from Google Sheets as it is. As long as there are no errors in the Google Sheets data, you can add accurate information to NP Kakebarai, potentially increasing data accuracy. Benefit 3: Strengthening Interdepartmental Collaboration Strengthening collaboration between the department that inputs data into Google Sheets and the department that manages it with NP Kakebarai can also be expected. For example, if the sales or marketing department manages company information and amounts in Google Sheets, adding a new row will transfer the data to NP Kakebarai, allowing the department using NP Kakebarai to smoothly check the latest data. If data can be easily confirmed without separate communication, operations will become smoother, and efficient data management will be easier to achieve. Now, let's introduce the flow of integrating the apps using Yoom. First, register with Yoom. Yoom offers a two-week trial, allowing you to actually operate and check the usability. After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years. Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools. When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!
