Preparation

1) First, access the official Yoom website and create an account.

2) In this flow, we use a Google Sheet like the one below as a trigger.
Prepare a Google Sheet with the necessary information for PHONE APPLI PEOPLE.

3) An API key is required for My Apps registration in PHONE APPLI PEOPLE.
You can issue and obtain an API key by opening the [User Information] menu in the PC browser version of PA PEOPLE and selecting the [API Key] tab.
When issuing the API key, please check all permission scopes.

Step 1: Integrate Google Sheets and PHONE APPLI PEOPLE with My Apps

1) After logging into your Yoom account, register the apps you will use next.
Click "My Apps" and select "New Connection".

2) A list of apps that can be connected with Yoom will be displayed. Search for the two apps you will use this time, "Google Sheets" and "PHONE APPLI PEOPLE", one by one from the search box at the top.

Once you have selected Google Sheets, log in with your Google account.

1) Return to the flow and click the icon "Integrate with App Update External Contacts".

2) Select the action "Update External Contacts" and click "Next".

3) Enter the required information.

You can use the output information from the Google Sheets obtained earlier to input into the message.
Select from the options as needed, and once the input is complete, click "Save".
