By integrating different databases, it becomes easier to accurately aggregate and edit the necessary information. However, there may be cases where the same data needs to be entered multiple times into each database, which can be cumbersome. Therefore, this time, we will introduce a method to automate the data transcription work by integrating Google Sheets and Streak. By reducing the hassle of input work, you can expect to improve work efficiency. Why not take this opportunity to incorporate automation and aim for business improvement?
Recommended for:
- Companies utilizing Google Sheets and Streak
- Those manually transcribing data from Google Sheets to Streak
- Those who want to automate transcription work and improve work efficiency
Benefits and Examples of Integrating Google Sheets and Streak
Benefit 1: Improved Efficiency by Reducing Input Work
By introducing this automation, you can automatically create boxes in Streak when you add rows to Google Sheets, which is expected to improve work efficiency. For example, when you add a row in Google Sheets, you usually need to manually transcribe that data into Streak. However, by integrating Google Sheets and Streak, manual transcription work becomes unnecessary, reducing the hassle of input work. Therefore, it is expected to reduce the time spent on manual input, potentially improving work efficiency.
Benefit 2: Avoiding Mistakes
By simply adding a new row to Google Sheets, you can create a box in Streak, increasing the likelihood of avoiding forgotten box creations or incomplete content. For instance, have you ever edited only Google Sheets and forgotten to create a box in Streak? It's not just about forgetting; when work is busy, it might get postponed. If automation is introduced, as long as you edit Google Sheets, a box will be automatically created in Streak, reducing the likelihood of such mistakes.
Benefit 3: Enhanced Information Sharing
Integrating Google Sheets and Streak will likely make information sharing quicker and easier. For example, if a marketing team using Google Sheets adds new information to a row, the sales team using Streak should be able to quickly grasp that data. This reduces the time information stays within a specific department, increasing the likelihood of sharing the latest data between departments. By establishing an environment where information can be shared smoothly, work might become easier.

After working as a general store manager, I started working from home as an SEO writer. Later, an outsourcing agreement was signed with a marketing startup for about 5 years.
Surrounded by students at the University of Tokyo, I held a computer and spent my days studying various business terms and how to use SaaS tools.
When I was a general store manager, time was taken over and over again by office work such as sales and inventory management, human resource management, and ordering, etc., and I was unable to serve customers and often missed sales times. Even when outsourcing, there are many detailed tasks such as input, etc., and “can't such monotonous tasks be automated?” I thought so, and I really sympathize with Yoom's vision!
Conventional RPA can only automate simple repetitive tasks, and the setup process was very complicated. With “hyperautomation,” which combines various technologies such as AI, API, RPA, and OCR, it is possible to automate many tasks that could not be realized until now more easily than before.
Most tools simply connect one app to another, leaving the complex tasks to you. Yoom goes much further: From document creation and browser automation to OCR and generative AI, Yoom handles it all seamlessly in one platform.
Why settle for basic integrations? Streamline your entire workflow with Yoom’s powerful hyperautomation.
