Step 1: Register Google Workspace and AKASHI as My Apps
First, let's register the apps you will use as My Apps.
By registering them in advance, you can set up the flow smoothly.
First, register Google Workspace as My App.
※Google Workspace is an app available only with the Team Plan and Success Plan. If you are on the Free Plan or Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the flow bot you set will result in errors, so please be careful. Paid plans like the Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial.
Access the My Menu on the left side of the Yoom screen and click the New Connection button on the right side of the screen.

Next, enter Google Workspace in the search window and select "Google Workspace" from the displayed options.
The following screen will appear, so click "Sign in with Google".

Select the account to link.

You will be taken to the Yoom login screen, so review the details and click "Next".

A screen will appear to select the information Yoom can access, so confirm and select, then click "Continue" to complete.

Next, register AKASHI as My App.
Similarly, enter AKASHI in the search window and select "AKASHI" from the displayed options.
The following screen will appear, so enter the account name and access token, then click "Add".

If Google Workspace and AKASHI are displayed in My Apps, registration is complete.
Step 2: Set the Google Workspace "When a user is registered" trigger
Now, let's proceed with the automation settings!
Click "Try it" on the banner below to copy the flow bot.
