How to synchronize employees registered in Google Workspace with AKASHI by integrating Google Workspace and AKASHI

To begin setting up Google Workspace, click "When a user is registered". When the following screen appears, make the following settings. "Title" → Can be changed as needed "Google Workspace account information" → Confirm if the account is correct "Trigger Action" → When a user is registered Once the settings are complete, click "Next". Run "Test" to see if the trigger is activated by the webhook. If successful, click "Next". Register a user in Google Workspace to actually trigger it, and run "Test" on the following screen. If successful, click "Save" to complete. Step 3: Set actions for Google Workspace "Search Users", extract data, and AKASHI "Add Employee" Next, set up an action to retrieve user information registered in Google Workspace. By including this "Search Users" action, you can obtain detailed information used when registering in AKASHI. Click "Search Users" in Google Workspace and proceed with the settings. "Title" → Can be changed as needed "Google Workspace account information" → Confirm if the account is correct "Action" → Search Users Once the settings are complete, click "Next". Let's proceed with detailed settings. In this action, you can search by "Name" or "Email Address" of the registration. Since the output of "Email Address" is obtained during the trigger action, let's use this. By using the output, you can add values according to the content each time the flow is activated! "Search Item" → Select Email Address "Keyword" → Click the input field and select the output of "User's Email Address" from the suggestions below After setting, run "Test", and if successful, click "Save". The name obtained in Google Workspace is combined as a single name, but AKASHI requires separate registration for the last name and first name. Therefore, use an operation to separate the last name and first name using AI. Since we are using a template this time, there is no specific setting required, but let's confirm the content!
