How to Create a Google Workspace and SmartHR Integration Flow
The process to complete the flow will proceed as follows.
・Connect Google Workspace and SmartHR to My Apps
・Copy the template
・Set triggers in Google Workspace and configure SmartHR
・Turn on the trigger and confirm the actual launch
Now, let's proceed with the new connection of the apps to be integrated.
・Connect Google Workspace and SmartHR to My Apps
(1) After logging into Yoom, select "My Apps" from the left column and choose "+ New Connection".

(2) From the list of new connections in My Apps, click on Google Workspace.
Click "Sign in with Google" on the displayed screen.

(3) You will transition to a screen to select an account, so choose the account you want to link from the management accounts on the right.
After selection, you will transition to the sign-in screen, so please complete the authentication.

(4) The first connection to Google Workspace is now complete.
・Integration with Google Workspace and AI features (operations) are only available with the Team Plan and Success Plan. For Free Plan and Mini Plan, the operations and data connections of the flow bot set will result in an error, so please be careful.
・Paid plans such as Team Plan and Success Plan offer a 2-week free trial. During the free trial, you can use restricted apps and AI features (operations).
(5) Next, perform the app integration for SmartHR (OAuth).
Select SmartHR (OAuth) in the same way as registering Google Workspace to My Apps.
(For SmartHR, both 'SmartHR' and 'SmartHR (OAuth)' will appear in the search results, but connect to 'SmartHR (OAuth)'.)

(6) Enter the "subdomain" of the SmartHR (OAuth) to be linked and click [Add].
After clicking, you will move to the My Apps screen of the Yoom account with the two apps added.
Now, the two apps have been connected to the Yoom account.

After confirming that the new connection of the target app to the Yoom account is complete, click the icon for "Try this template" below.
